A. If you can just type it in, it's fine. I'll teach you how to use spreadsheets and how the functions work so that it's as easy for beginners to understand as possible. If you still don't understand, ask a question and we'll answer it.

Q. I don't have a computer and only a smartphone, can I make a household account book?

A. It's not impossible, but I think it's pretty difficult. If it's a smartphone, it becomes a spreadsheet application, so the operation screen also changes. The class will proceed on a computer screen only.

Q. Is there a charge for spreadsheets?

A. If you have a Google account, you can use it for free.

Q. What kind of activities do you do?

I'm posting about household budget management on Instagram!

I'm telling you about household budget management techniques that you can imitate that will continue even when you're busy. Among them, when I introduced the spreadsheet household account book I use, I received a request that they would like it to be distributed, and I distributed it to over 1500 people over a 3-week distribution period.

Q. What led you to start managing your household finances with spreadsheets?

After going through the household account book application and handwritten household account book, I kept a household account book with Excel for about 4 years, but while I couldn't easily get time to open the PC and receipts were accumulated... even if I put them all together later, there were input omissions, etc., and there were many unused money.

At that time, I began to use spreadsheets at work, and when I changed to a spreadsheet that is easy to type on a smartphone and can be used almost similarly to Excel, I was able to check and enter in my spare time and on my smartphone, so there was no accumulation of receipts or unspent money coming up.

I learned various functions thinking “the input is minimal, but I want to manage it properly,” and I'm really addicted to the fact that things I thought would have been nice to have until now take shape more and more.

Q. Why did CLASS101 offer online classes?

The main reason I decided to start the course was because I wanted more people to know the convenience of spreadsheet household accounts. My household account book is the standard for spreadsheets that I previously distributed on Instagram. Among them, a follower asked, “Can't you add ○○?” There were also many questions. After all, ease of use is different for each person, so if you can make it yourself, you can create the strongest household account book that is absolutely no match for commercially available ones. I've used various household accounts, but they don't last... people like that say, “If this is the case, it will continue!” “Household accounts aren't a pain!” I want them to have that experience.
