Learn live English expressions from an English teacher at the International Couple!
Don't you have a thirst to learn natural expressions that foreigners actually use, rather than the hard textbook expressions in books? At the stage of falling in love, “Would you like to date me?” If you are wondering how to say necessary words in English, such as “I'm my ideal type,” “I'm just getting to know,” and “I'm just getting to know them,” you should learn really natural expressions only in this class!
😏 Thumb 2020.09~2020.10
👩🏻❤️💋👨🏻 Romance 2020.10~2022.09
💍 Marriage 2022.09~
In fact, this class is full of useful expressions that can be used when men and women fall in love based on their experiences when they met in Korea, rode for 2 years, and got married in September 2022.
You can learn specific key expressions for each situation, such as when you're solo, when you're on a thumb ride, when you're on a date, when arguing, and when proposing. In addition, learn about new cultures through talks on cultural differences between Korea and Canada that appear in the second half of each lecture.
✨ Course effect
- Textbook-style hard expressions No! I can tell you some English expressions that foreigners often use when they actually go on a date.
- Learning simple expressions No! You can say your own sentences while practicing the expressions you learned in class with various example sentences.
- Crouching in front of foreigners No! When I meet foreign friends, I can communicate in natural English with a little more confidence.
✨ Recommended target
- Those who want to learn natural expressions that foreigners actually use a lot
- People who are in an international relationship or are interested in making foreign friends
- Those who want to learn not only English, but also the various cultural differences between Canada and Korea
✨ 3 reasons why this class is special
1. You can listen “realistically.”
We have a 2-person English teacher system, native speaker and Korean English teacher. Therefore, I included all the advantages of native English classes and Korean classes in the class. In addition to being able to hear live English expressions and pronunciations from native speakers through Pascal, I can also accurately solve parts that Korean people may find difficult through Hailey. I will definitely support my classmates who take this class so that they can get realistic English expressions.
2. It's “fun” to listen to.
In the first 2 minutes of each lecture, there is a fun situation drama where Haley and my husband, Pascal, perform together. It's a structure where all the episodes adapted our story from chapters 1 to 5 are connected! While having fun watching Haley & Pascal's mini English drama, you can naturally get 3 main expressions from each lesson.
3. You can listen “feel free.”
You can remember for a longer time if you study steadily and repeatedly every day in an affordable amount, even if it's just 10 minutes a day, rather than just studying one day a week. In the detailed lecture of our class, we included 3 key expressions over a period of around 5 minutes, excluding the situation drama. Experience casual classes frequently in your daily life!
4. You can listen while 'communicating'.
We will continue to communicate and guide you through class missions and comments so that you can complete this class to the end and get a lot out of the process without getting tired! Please participate in the mission and actively communicate, and if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us through comments!
✨ Notes before taking the course
Be sure to prepare a notebook where you can write romantic English notes and write sentences during class! Instead of just taking a course, you can improve your writing skills by writing sentences in parallel:)

✨ I'm Haley x Pascal, an English teacher for the Korea-Canada International Couple!
Hello! I'm Haley, a Korean English teacher.
You don't know how to write English right now, but do you still have a vague dream that you want to speak English well? I also never studied abroad, and I had nothing to do with English before I was 25, such as entering a university in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the age of 20 and transferring to the Department of Business AdministrationI've lived.
I had a vague dream of studying English just before graduation, so I created an environment where I could write more English (working part-time at an English school, language exchange apps, attending meetings to make foreign friends, etc.), so I created more opportunities through English, and now I have a happy job as an English teacher.
Just before I graduated from university, I realized that until now I had only studied English for tests and not for communication, so I decided to “study English for communication.” Class 101 [Romance English to Fall in Love] ClassIt was also designed to help all of you communicate. It's not just a hard English expression that can only be found in textbooks It actually acts as a bridge to help foreign friends and Korean people communicate freelyIt's a class that can do.
Just as I was able to have more opportunities while studying English, I think my classmates will be able to get even better opportunities as they continue to study English! Let Pascal help you improve your English skills!
Hi everyone! I'm Pascal and I am from Toronto, Canada.
Hello everyone! I'm Pascal from Toronto, Canada.
Moving to Korea, I teach how hard it can be to learn a new language, especially expressions. English is known for having so many different expressions and idioms.
As I moved to Korea, I understood even more that learning a new language, especially new expressions, is particularly difficult. In particular, there are many difficult expressions and idioms in English
After living in Korea for over five years, I feel that there are many expressions related to dating, relationships, and love that aren't experienced, especially in feelings. In this class, I will explain some of the most common relationship expressions with a splash of fun.
After living in Korea for over 5 years, I've come to realize that there are many expressions related to relationships and love that we didn't learn in textbooks. In our course, I will select only really useful expressions related to lovers and really important expressions related to men and women, and teach them in a very fun way.
Providing feedback through continuous communication with students
I think another advantage of our courses is 'meticulous feedback and management'. There are so many English courses in the world, but why are there so many students who have studied English since they were students but still find it difficult? If you solve the questions I had when I was studying English and motivate me to continue studying, I can last longer than when I was alone.
While running Naver's “5 a.m. English teacher at the Ministry of Economics” language blog, I taught with various elementary and intermediate level students through adult online studies. The common feedback they gave us was that we were able to have a “steady English study habit” through our “thorough feedback.” We will communicate with you in the comments so that those who take the “Romance English to Fall in Love” class at Class 101 can complete it all the way without giving up!
