Class introduction

I've never exercised before, is it effective to exercise alone at home?

I'm so tall that I don't get very irritated even if I watch a home video and follow along.

How can I feel muscle stimulation on my own?

What if you're worried about that?

The tall girl will solve all of them! For tall people, exercise posture is really important because muscle stimulation may vary depending on leg stride length and elbow angle. This class compares the correct posture with the wrong posture that you often do on a daily basis, and helps you understand the movements easily.
