The Foot Collective is a community of professionals who think about fundamental solutions to musculoskeletal diseases, with a focus on the importance of 'foot' function. In this class, we'll share all of TFC's unique exercise programs to resolve pain from your foot, hip, and lower back to your feet. We will not only temporarily care for symptoms, but also identify the underlying 'cause' and help you to break up with 'pain' forever.

❶ Protect foot health and find balance in your body!

Maintaining foot health is very important in order to maintain proper posture. Our feet are the foundation of our body, and all movement begins with them. If your feet aren't right, your entire body's balance and posture may be affected.

When the muscles that support the foot weaken, the curvature of the spine changes, and back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain may occur. Also, if the weight on the foot is unevenly distributed, the balance between the legs and pelvis will be disrupted, and wearing high-heeled shoes for a long time may increase the heel of the foot and cause knee pain. Therefore, maintaining foot health with this class can maintain balance and posture throughout the body and prevent uncomfortable symptoms and pain.

This is an all-in-one kit used when attending classes where you can learn all about foot health from creator Jasmine, Chief Director of TFC Korea Branch, who has 300,000 followers globally.

ALL IN ONE KIT

I will introduce the components


1. 2 slant boards

Balance beam exercises and various stretches can be performed using two slant boards, powerful and diverse balance exercises to restore foot function, and are easy to use even for beginners.

It can be used as a massage roller by bundling 2 slant boards together with 2 mini toebands. We recommend using the massage roller for full-body relaxation and stretching.


2. foot roller

It is a small foot roller for detailed foot relaxation composed of 25 bones, 33 tubules, and more than 20 muscles.


3. 2 mini tobands

Solmate is connected with a mini toe band for toe alignment exercises, and the mini toband helps perform exercise movements that take metatarsal bone alignment into consideration.

This is a phalgeological brace for those with exstrophy or foot pain.

It is recommended for everyday wear, exercise, or when using a foot beam. It can be reused by simply washing it with water, so it can be used for a long time.

2.Lacrosse Ball (Lacrosse Ball) Natural Rubber Massage Ball x 1

This lacrosse ball is recommended by the creator for foot stretching.


3.Toe-band (To-Band) Professional (Regular/ Light Tac 1)

It is a toband that can perform a variety of exercises to improve pain and restore function with foot diseases including extrasystole, plantar fasciitis, neuroma, and flat feet.

It is made of a sturdy material with an elastic modulus that does not sag or break, and is available in 2 strengths: regular (green) and light (red).

Choose the intensity of your choice and use it together with your class.


4.1 x Hacky Sack (hacky color) sole exercise ball (random color)

Similar to Korean jiggers, it's a hacky ball for sports hacky that uses feet to play with small bean bags and perform great skills.

It is a handmade Guatemalan product made of elastic fabric that can be used for foot training along with foot beams and wild toes. The color will be sent randomly.


5.[Balance training] TFC classic foot beam+stand included

A 120cm TFC class foot beam that can be used for balance walking, turns, and two-person use.

This product includes a cradle that acts as a support for the bottom of the footbeam.
