The Foot Collective is a community of professionals who think about fundamental solutions to musculoskeletal diseases, with a focus on the importance of 'foot' function. In this class, we'll share all of TFC's unique exercise programs to resolve pain from your foot, hip, and lower back to your feet. We will not only temporarily care for symptoms, but also identify the underlying 'cause' and help you to break up with 'pain' forever.

Maintaining foot health is very important in order to maintain proper posture. Our feet are the foundation of our body, and all movement begins with them. If your feet aren't right, your entire body's balance and posture may be affected.

When the muscles that support the foot weaken, the curvature of the spine changes, and back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain may occur. Also, if the weight on the foot is unevenly distributed, the balance between the legs and pelvis will be disrupted, and wearing high-heeled shoes for a long time may increase the heel of the foot and cause knee pain.
