Classes you can choose

  • Healing Yoga: Early in the morning and late in the evening when your body is very tired, start and organize your day with light healing yoga.
  • Pelvic Therapy Yoga: Softens the pelvis of modern people who are stiff from sitting every day. I separated the chapters so I could stretch my thighs by dividing them into front and back.
  • Chiropractic yoga: Yoga helps correct the tortoise neck, straight neck, and round shoulders caused by frequent smartphone and computer use.
  • Vinyasa yoga: If you want firm arms and abdomen, I recommend vinyasa yoga, which further strengthens muscle strength.
