Rediscovering Italian food! A gourmet trip to the magical island of Sicily

Hello, I'm Park Seong-woo, a fireworks chef.

I was really fascinated by Italian food and culture from the moment I decided to major in college as cooking. Starting with studying abroad in New Jersey, USA, I expanded my perspective through apprenticeships and experiences as a chef in various parts of Europe, including Singapore, Amsterdam, Belgium, London, and Paris, and worked as a chef at a Michelin restaurant in mainland Italy. Currently, as the owner-chef of “Bistro Spark” located in Apgujeong Rodeo, I am presenting my own Italian cuisine.

② A real food journey that doesn't end with recipe delivery

A class where you can make and eat together

“I'm hesitant to cook it right away because I don't know what it will taste like.”

“Is it true that it originally tasted like this? Did I make it right?”

You don't have to worry about it. In this class, every time we finish a menu, we'll try it right away and talk about what it tastes like and what kind of texture it has. You make it to eat, but you can't say you know 100% of the dish just by learning the recipe, right? If you're not sure what to cook today, take a look at the class and choose a menu with the flavor you want to make. You'll be able to enjoy the exact taste of Italian home-cooked food to your heart's content. Edit Image Info
