Skills You’ll Learn
About the class
We need adults who can give us factual advice so that everyone can face things as they are. You may feel uncomfortable with these stories as nagging, misleading, etc., but every era and society needs people who act as adults and mentors. In this class For those who are worried or struggling with relationships, we have prepared a good communication meditation.
My goal is to communicate well through good communication through good interests and “communication” that works well. Recognize yourself as you are and understand others as they are. Meditation helps you manage physical and mental stress, view problems differently, and experience life as it is.
We experience the limits of our body and mind in our life's journey. There comes a time when everyone has severe physical or mental pain, and it's not comfortable to lie down at that time, and it's hard to stand or sit. I was frustrated every time I was faced with such a situation. All kinds of struggles to solve that problem couldn't be solved, so I finally sat down.
Meditation is a daily routine where nothing is special anymore.
May all beings always be happy.

What makes this class special
Hello, I'm Kwon Su-ryun, CEO of Ahimsa Yoga & Meditation. Through this class, I would like to open a place to communicate with everyone who comes into contact with meditation.
My top priority in my routine is meditation. I've been meditating for a long time, and since a few years ago, no matter what happened, I meditate every day, even during my father's funeral.
“What have I learned from meditating over the years?”
In conclusion, I only learned from meditation that “meditation is not meditation, and everything including meditation is only necessary until you know that you don't have to do it.” However, it is dangerous to make flimsy imitations until I reach this conclusion myself, so I will continue to meditate even though I have reached this conclusion. I meditate so I don't meditate anymore.
I spent 30 years understanding, practicing, and organizing meditation, which I thought was the domain of a professional practitioner, through my own methods. And I'd like to share that through this class.
I hope that more people can experience meditation with a more relaxed mind and even practice it. I hope I can enjoy the fruit by practicing meditation on my own.
