Hello, I'm Coach Izewon, a proven creator of burning body fat. I created this class because I wanted to get away from boring cardio and achieve all of our fitness goals through boxing, which is a new and exciting aerobic activity. I also want to let you know that boxing is definitely not a difficult exercise.

There's a saying in boxing, “small fists, big dreams”! Your fist is small, but I hope your dreams start with this little fist and turn into big dreams.
