I studied the health economics part at the Department of Health Management at Ewha Womans University College of Health Sciences and studied how exercise relates to the economy. Also, I thought exercise was a very important key point for saving on medical expenses in the future. whereupon Through this class, I would like to tell you all about “planning an exercise program tailored to the target person” so that you can continue to practice exercise according to your individual physical condition. I prepared classes so that it would be an exercise that suits me, an exercise that anyone can easily apply, and so that I can preserve my assets by saving on future medical expenses. After graduating as a senior from the Department of Exercise and Health Management at Korea Sport University, I am an athletic expert who has over 10 years of experience as a luxury hotel trainer and participated in many projects organized by the Ministry of Education and sports education projects organized by large companies. I want to deliver the expertise required to practice exercise in an easier to understand way than anyone else. Currently, I am an athletic expert who is mentoring aspiring trainers for undergraduate students in the Department of Physical Education and is participating in corporate lectures and planning exercise projects needed by many local communities.
