About the class

'Everyone knows about the fact that exercise is my partner for the rest of my life for my health.

However, the biggest problem and difficulty is not being able to do it steadily, isn't it?

I studied the health economics part at the Department of Health Management at Ewha Womans University College of Health Sciences and studied how exercise relates to the economy. Also, I thought exercise was a very important key point for saving on medical expenses in the future. whereupon Through this class, I would like to tell you all about “planning an exercise program tailored to the target person” so that you can continue to practice exercise according to your individual physical condition. I prepared classes so that it would be an exercise that suits me, an exercise that anyone can easily apply, and so that I can preserve my assets by saving on future medical expenses. All who take my classes I sincerely encourage the students to live a life without pain and lead a healthy life through exercise.
