I was very happy to be able to generate 500 million in net capital through various experiences. “I should use this money to become a building owner!” Although I thought about it, I decided that it was impossible to invest in Korean real estate, which was in full swing, so I invested in Japanese real estate. However, unexpectedly, a commercial house (Ildong Mansion) in the Shinjuku-ku district of Tokyo, Japan, which I invested with chickens instead of pheasants, began to bring me huge rent. I became the owner of a building receiving 8 million won rent that far exceeded my salary in 2019, and I became a member of the FIRE family who fulfilled their dream of early retirement in 2021.

My story might just feel like someone lucky, or a “very special person.” But I can do it with confidence.
