About the class

For those starting a handmade business

Hello, I'm Fromlou, a handmade artist. I've been making and selling suncatchers and mother-of-pearl mobiles since 2017. At first, it was only 300,000 won, and what started as a side job soon became my main job, and after 6 years, many years passed. The period I started was when the handmade market was growing, so I think I grew it by randomly going headlong without prior information.

whereupon I want to help people who are dreaming of starting a handmade business I prepared the class based on the know-how I have accumulated over time.

101 designs are amazing if you only have the tools and materials!

In this class, I'll teach you how to make a variety of works, from simple keyrings to suncatchers and mother-of-pearl mobiles, using only basic tools and materials. It seems that it is simply created through the connection of materials, but it is necessary to design with materials, colors, and balanced sizes that blend with each other to create works that have a high degree of perfection and lead to sales.

We'll also tell you where to buy the ingredients, so buy your favorite ingredients and create a unique work.

Let's reveal how to see shimmering light sculptures and how to shoot photos and videos!

For suncatchers and mother-of-pearl mobiles, life is a sparkling light. It's pretty even if you leave it alone, but the splendor of the light sculpture that emits may change depending on how you position it in the direction the sunlight comes in.

There are different beautiful time zones depending on whether you are south-facing or west-facing, so I'll tell you the best time and place according to the location of the window. Edit Image Info

Packaging methods that reduce damage and keep strings from getting tangled increase the repurchase rate

Suncatcher and mother-of-pearl mobiles have thin lines of materials, so if the packaging is wrong, customers may get tangled up and get confused when they receive them. Also, mother-of-pearl and crystal are materials to watch out for. We'll share our packaging know-how so that customers can have a great experience when they receive it!

What makes this class special

The content I never told you anywhere else is right here!

If you want to try making handmade accessories, it's hard to know where to start. For those of you, I went to Dongdaemun General Market at random six years ago, and I took the know-how I had accumulated while running Fromloo at a reasonable price. We will try to make various works together for each size, and tell you in detail what to keep in mind when making them. Once you learn the basics, you'll be able to create endless works of your own using a variety of materials.

I've also captured everything I can tell you about how I started Fromlou, what was the first thing I did when I started, where to buy what, how to pack it, and where to sell it. We are cheering for you to start a handmade business!
