This class is a 4-week upper body routine class. The routine consists of 3 sets per movement. The quickest results can be seen when you take routine classes at least twice a week.

Hello, I'm Miho, the creator. I currently teach exercise to various people as a personal trainer. I've seen more people than I thought, quickly get tired and give up because they feel that the barriers to exercise are too big. What I place the most emphasis on is steadiness. Rather than envy other people who have much more athletic experience than me, I hope they love me better than before! No one can be perfect the first time around. If I work hard step by step from the basics, one day I too will become someone that others envy.
