Hello, I'm Coach Lim, a small organization behavior design coach.
In a startup that was her last job, she played the role of Bu-ul-Kyung-Gyeong-General Manager for a period of just over a year I experienced with my whole body how an organization with 6 people grew to 60 people.
In the process of strengthening an organization of more than 10 people, I met employees who left the company after half a day, and experienced being beaten by an employee who had been working for just over a month, and I have experienced all the trial and error that can be experienced in a small organization.
Currently, I am coaching small organizations on how to do a good job based on my experience going through large and small organizations, such as the head of the F&B marketing team for large cafes, community manager for shared offices, and technical sales for midsize companies.
If you've run your own company, you probably know that in order for the company to grow properly, it's important to recruit good people and talented people, but the most important thing is how to manage them well and place them in the right place to bring out their best abilities efficiently.
