Is there a hobby of psychological workshops

Hello, I am Choi, the representative lecturer of Psychological Workshop.

My hobby is a space I created because I wanted to create a time full of immediate effects and fun while majoring in psychology. The hobby aromatherapy class is one of my signature programs, and it is a class designed to check and treat my mind and physical condition these days when my daily life is stressful and boring.

While studying for various certifications and working in the field, I created workbooks and DIY kits by collecting popular scents and content that were actually needed. I recommend aromatherapy, which is full of fragrance, for those who are unsure about their condition and want to have a little more time for themselves.
