Hello, I'm Cho Seung-woo, a phytotherapist and director of the Preventive Medicine Center.

Recently, as interest in health has increased, the demand and consumption of health functional foods has increased.

You can find a lot of information about health supplements on YouTube and media, but the results are poor. The quality of life can dramatically change just by moving away from the compulsions of exercising, losing weight, etc., and changing your existing diet to a vegetable or fruit diet.

We are planning a class to help classmates with diet methods using vegetable and fruit foods that are easy to obtain, surprisingly simple, and have the most effect without burdening the body.





The etymology of actual diet is Greek and means “balanced diet or diet.” In other words, it means eating habits to maintain health, and it's the only way to solve obesity without yo-yo. Currently, it is scientifically proven that obesity is the cause of all diseases along with stress.

Obesity should be recognized as the strongest signal our body sends to survive. Above all else, a shift in the concept that not only highly obese patients but also healthy people should diet to prevent disease is necessary.


You should think of dieting as your lifelong companion for health rather than losing weight, and recognize that if you become healthy, you will lose weight spontaneously.





In this class, I will give you accurate information to resolve misconceptions about vegetables and fruits floating around the internet, and organize a Q&A for each chapter on common questions received from everyone through my YouTube content to quickly answer questions that have not been answered until now.

In particular, it contains explanations of the benefits and effects of vegetable and fruit food with richer examples and various theories, and is structured in much more depth than YouTube.

I'm Seungwoo Jo, a Korean pharmacist working as a diet advisor and phytotherapist.

I started my first social life at a bank, decided to do business in my third year, and went to study abroad after leaving the company. After returning home, while I was in the diet-functional coffee distribution and manufacturing business, I stopped everything due to poor health and began studying about the body and illness in my hometown. As a result, I went to the College of Pharmacy and majored in Chinese medicine.

While studying herbal medicine, I learned that prescriptions cannot cure patients' illnesses through medical examinations and tests alone, and I experienced firsthand that all illnesses begin with what you usually eat, and that you won't get sick even if you switch from processed foods to only vegetable and fruit foods. In particular, I lost 15 kg without yo-yo and maintained a healthy body by getting rid of chronic pain and inflammation caused by weight gain.

Through years of clinical experience from people who have visited Chinese medicine pharmacies, including myself, I came to the realization that “medicine is not something you take for a lifetime, and the person who stops you from taking medicine is a true pharmacist.”

With the meaning of “the best cure for disease is prevention,” they currently operate “Preventive Chinese Medicine Pharmacy,” a pharmacy specializing in Chinese medicine in Mokpo, and they are sharing ways to protect physical and mental health with vegetables and fruits through media and various online and offline channels.
