Hello, this class is a class that helps you understand the mechanism of the golf swing through “golf pilates,” prevent injuries and improve performance through proper use of the body through Pilates, and enables a fun and healthy round of golf.


1) I will tell you how to do a golf-tailored physical examination, identify the problems and causes, and conduct detailed training on customized golf Pilates according to them.

2) I will tell you the golf Pilates routine for each part of the body and train.

3) We will tell you about typical golf swing errors and train by applying each prescription-type golf Pilates routine according to them.


Even if you have just started playing golf and don't have a big background on golf swings, or if you are new to Pilates, we will explain the basic knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner to help you easily access golf Pilates with understanding.

Hello, I'm Seolyoung Jeon, Golf Pilates instructor.

I'm currently working as a Pilates team leader at a hotel, and I mainly teach high-income professional members in the so-called top 1 percent. Naturally, I focused on golf, which most members enjoy as a hobby, and while attending a graduate school specializing in golf, I created a curriculum that combines Pilates and golf.
