<Patissier mom looking for easy and healthy baby snacks>


Hallo

Life baking mom, Labemam Kwon So-youngIt's.

I'm a patissier mom with a 23-month-old son and a second child due to be born in the winter.


I've had a diverse career of over 10 years as a patissier. At first, I mainly made sweet and tasty desserts, but as time went by I specialized in vegan & natural baking while researching healthy and good ingredients.

After giving birth to her first child, Hope, and starting to feed her baby food, she became interested in โ€œhealthy and good ingredientsโ€ and began incorporating it into baking baby snacks.


Although it was a snack, I used nutritious ingredients that were sufficient for one meal, and since it was difficult to use professional cooking utensils and tools during busy and exhausting parenting, I used common baby food utensils, microwave ovens, and air fryers.


Hope was able to eat delicious snacks and bread that I could hold and eat on my own, and thanks to that, I was able to eat the ingredients I had rejected in baby food, and I was able to eat nutritious food even in the โ€œrice crackersโ€ that often come around. I always feel proud and grateful when I see her growing up healthily without any juxtaposition between big and small, just in response to my mom's small efforts.


In the fall of 2022, I started an Instagram account to share these experiences and recipes with other moms and dads, and it was well received by many people because all parents wanted to feed healthy food the same way. Also, I was grateful to be able to share my concerns about children's food with many people.


Of the recipes I've introduced in a short video of about 1 minute until now, the one that has received the most response and is followed by many people To tell you more about <Easy and healthy baby baking> I'm preparing a classI did.


I hope that not only proper eating habits but also happy memories will flow through healthy snacks made by mom and dad during the infancy period when a lifelong attachment is formed.


My family moved to Jeju Island a month ago.

It was a decision that my first child, my second child, and my husband and I thought for a long time to have a happier time in nature and at home.


I want to raise bright and healthy children in Jeju in the future. Also, I'm planning to share my heartfelt joy with many people through various activities on the theme of <baby baking>, so I ask for your support and interest.
