Q. What do you do when you have cravings for unhealthy food?
The pleasure of eating is one of the greatest pleasures of life. Rather than forcing yourself not to eat delicious foods for your health without exercising, it is better to exercise and eat what you want. Then maybe the quality of life will be much increased.
Q. How should one stick to fitness routines?
No matter what the situation is, my principle is to exercise as much as I can. I go to the gym to work out whether I'm in good condition or not. But, I adjust the intensity depending on my body condition that day. There are days when you cannot work out, and there can be days when you can only workout for a short time. In that case, it is convenient to think that exercise should be done every day as if it were a normal thing to do. The most important thing in my mindset is that I think exercise is part of my life, not a thing that I have to spare time for.
