I'm Lee Jun-hyung, an architect who lives and works in Huam-dong. I established an architectural firm in Huam-dong in 2016, and I also plan, create, and operate various types of shared spaces in the neighborhood. After running the space for the past 5 years, managing reservations, cleaning, and even dealing with customers, I naturally gained experience in managing the space.
Young people, residents, and government officials interested in space management often visited the space and listened to lectures, and through this class 101, I was able to teach how to plan, create, and manage shared spaces in a more systematic manner.
