Guggelhof, a cake that never melts in all seasons

Hallo Guggelhof's No. 1 store in the industryI'm Hong Da-hae, the CEO of Lacock, who runs it.

Running a cafe during the COVID-19 era caused a lot of trouble. In line with the government's policy of closing stores, we needed to find items that could generate new revenue.

I reinterpreted the Guggelhof cake that stood out at that time and sold it according to my own feelings, and the soaring popularity brought about a big change for me, changing the business to a cake store instead of a cafe.

Currently, we are delivering this know-how to many students in class. We are continuing to research more designs than just one design.

The Guggelhof cake made a big difference for me, How was it really different from other cakes?

What makes Lacock's Guggelhof class special

❶ Lacock's Guggelhoff recipe:

How to make a real chocolate cake that is fluffy and moist

Unlike other Guggelhoffs, Lacock's Guggelhof is a chocolate cake that is so thick that teeth marks are formed when bitten, and is moist and steamed from the outside.

A moist surface that you can feel even if you just look at the picture without tasting it! Ready to try making a moist Guggelhof?

Only in class can I see Guggelhof cake recipes full of my know-how, and for those who find it difficult to take a video course while making a cake Comes with a recipe bookI'll do it for you.

I will tell you in detail so that anyone can easily make Lacock's chocolate cake, which can be enjoyed deliciously by men and women of all ages. I'm trying to make you understand what kind of state it should be in and what state you need to move on to the next level without just explaining it in a circular way in a few minutes or how many times.

Just follow me!

❷ Independently developed easy and refreshing icing

Lacock's icing has a different flavor from the lemon icing you've eaten before, and since egg white and lemon juice are not added, we make a refreshing icing that excludes the fishy flavor of the white or the unnecessary flavor of lemon.

Also, since it is manufactured using simple materials, it is possible to reduce costs by reducing material values, so another advantage comes along!

The shape of the icing is also kept round and round, making it unrivaled in the Guggelhoff world.

There are many students who visit us because of their beautiful hair shape, and I would like to inform everyone that they can make a round dongle icing like me after the class is over.

Icing can be used for both short and long hair!

I'll help you learn from the basics of dongle dongle and try out various variations!

❸ Cute and unique ideas that aren't awkward

At Lacock, which creates various designs with a single kneading process, we have created over 10 new signatures so far.

Guggelhoff's feeling clearly changes depending on what kind of cream is used on top of the cake and what kind of object is placed on it.

Basically, it's a bread with a luxurious feel, so I take advantage of that advantage and create it with only a pretty design that's absolutely not awkward!

We try to help our students by creating new ideas every season.

Please look forward to Lacock's continued growth in the future!

❹ The signature of Guggelhof cake, the originator of the topper set

Lacock is the originator of the topper set, which coined the modifier for Guggelhoff called topper set. After adding toppers to the old boring Guggelhof for a colorful decoration, it was loved and became an opportunity for many people to introduce the cake called Guggelhof.

Toppers don't all look pretty just by plugging them in.

I'll teach you step by step where to put it in what ratio, and why you should put this topper here in class!

Now I'll share all of Wonjo's unique know-how, which certifies that it is a place coveted by everyone by following it everywhere.

❺ Another way to generate revenue and make a drawing topper

In the Lacock Guggelhof class

No, only in the Lacock Guggelhof class, we will guide you on how to make a drawing topper so that you can generate another profit by using a drawing topper that does not require material costs using your own technology.

Drawing toppers are so popular that there are many students who only want to take the course alone.

It's not difficult because it explains how to draw easily even for those who can't draw, along with the design!

Also, we have prepared a way for those who can't write letters to practice through letter designs.

Not only are they sold as a set with cakes in stores,

We'll help you attract customers from other regions and generate revenue online using courier services!

❻ Entrepreneurial know-how and photography know-how from 13 years of self-employment

I started being self-employed when I was 23, and went through various industries to settle down as a cake.

It's been 5 years since I started a cake business, and I will guide you through the entrepreneurial know-how and sales know-how I have accumulated over 5 years during the course, and if you need it, please feel free to ask any questions and we will respond sincerely.
