“Emotional routines change lives.”

“Why do I get tired of emotions so easily?”

Lethargy, anxiety, crying, and a feeling of being hurt easily...

If these feelings are repeated, it is necessary not to “suppress or endure” the emotions, but to properly “examine and care for them.”

This class is an 8-week routine class for emotional recovery.

Through emotional questions and emotion recording routines that can be practiced for 10 minutes a day rather than complicated theory or analysis

We will walk together on a journey to recover from our tired minds and regain our normal daily lives.

This class is,

✔️ The easiest way to take care of your emotions is a 10-minute daily routine.

✔️ For those of you experiencing emotional ups and downs, lethargy, and burnout, we design your own emotional routine with actionable questions and worksheets.

✨️ 3 reasons why this class is special ✨️

❶ An emotional recovery routine centered on practice, not theory

-> Rather than learning emotions from theory

I focused on first-hand experience and practice.

Each course helps people understand and recover their own emotions through emotional questions, self-care routines, and emotional records. A routine designed to enable sustainable practices will be a strong foundation for stabilizing your day.

❷ 10 minutes a day, the easiest structure to take care of your emotions

-> Instead of complex psychological theory, we suggest the easiest and most realistic routine structure called “10 minutes a day, questions and records.” Through emotional checks in the morning and emotional recollection in the evening, we create a small but continuous emotional management habit by incorporating emotional recovery routines into the rhythm of everyday life.

❸ The first step to living without emotional ups and downs

-> When emotions are raging, we are bound to be shaken, but if we have the ability to structure and manage those emotions in advance, we can regain control of our daily lives. This class is an 8-week recovery journey that guides those experiencing emotional ups and downs, lethargy, and loss to return to a “life centered around me.”

“Now, let's start the first step in our emotional routine together.”

May your day be a little more peaceful and your emotions take center stage in your life.
