Have you ever experienced this? I've read books, watched self-development videos, and listened to lectures... but I feel like my life hasn't changed much. I still feel uneasy, relationships are difficult, and I often find myself shaken by small things due to lack of confidence. But this is definitely not your only problem.

A lot of people confide their grievances to me.

I'm living a hard life, but why do I feel so uneasy?

“Why am I always like this?” I often ask the question.

This kind of heartfelt voice is constantly bothering us. What else is an outside voice like? Numerous self-development books and lectures say, “Be better than you are now.” I want them to work harder, set goals, achieve them, and motivate them.

But I would like to ask: Did that really make a difference in your life? There is still a sense of emptiness, and the decision wasn't repeated for 3 days? The reason for this is not simply your weakness of will or lack of effort. This is because I didn't realize “the way I dealt with myself.”

What makes us difficult is not a painful situation,
It's an inner structure that interprets that situation.

A real free life begins not with external circumstances or conditions, but with inner satisfaction and happiness. No matter how colorful and rich the outside world is, if the inner world is not free, anxiety and emptiness of existence will occur. Life somehow unravels, but the inner world gradually collapses.

It's clear why our lives continue to falter. That's because it's not the nature of the problem; it's just touching the surface. If my thoughts are complicated, I try to control my mind and think more positively through travel or exercise. When emotions are difficult, they try to hold back and endure them. If the relationship is difficult, they blame themselves or blame and try to change the other person.

But the real problem is that we run our lives without understanding ourselves. 'Who am I? ' When we are unable to clearly answer this question, we are constantly confronted with ourselves, overwhelmed by emotions, swayed by relationships, and shaken in the face of choices. And then at some point, this question comes to mind. “Was this really the life I wanted?”

I too have lived with these grievances and questions for a long time. I didn't know myself, so I wandered in the midst of repeated conflicts and relationship turmoil in my life. Also, in order to find the answer, I have walked the path of exploring “the essence of existence” and “inner freedom” by studying psychology, brain science, philosophy, meditation, coaching, and spirituality.

Eventually, I found an answer about life, and applied it to myself and others around me and proved it. While working as a life coach, I have listened to the voices of many people. It helped them to live the best and most meaningful life for themselves.

As part of this, I wrote a book about “How to Achieve Inner Freedom” <Transcendent>, and I also deliver messages for spiritual growth and self-realization through blogs and threads.

This class is designed as a journey to understand and explore one's own inner world by fusing coaching psychology, philosophy, brain science, and spirituality. In particular, chapters 1 to 3 of the class curriculum were structured based on the contents of the self-awareness, self-transformation, and self-assurance parts covered in my book <Transcendent>.

It is not just a lecture that ends with listening; it is designed as a process of self-recording, observing, and understanding. This is because true change does not begin with explanations and persuasion from others, but when one's own awareness and understanding occurs.

Chapter 1. Discovering myself I didn't know

Most people live by mistaking the “fake me” created within the expectations of others, past experiences, and social frameworks for the “real me.” In this chapter, we explore why we have no choice but to know ourselves, and what invisible frames and limitations have defined us. Through self-coaching questions and exercises, you will have the experience of looking directly into your identity structure and facing yourself just the way you are.

Chapter 2. Getting out of the invisible limits that stand in my way

Why can't you experience real change even after working hard? It's not because of your lack of effort and ability, but because you're still using the identity of the old version that hasn't been updated. This chapter dismantles the fixed thought patterns and selflimiting beliefs (self-limiting beliefs) that have limited my choices and actions. We seek and apply our own answers by expanding our thinking through diversified strategies. Through this, we change existing beliefs, values, thoughts, and perspectives, and go through an identity update process that goes beyond a defined framework.

Chapter 3. Creating unshakable self-confidence

It explores common pitfalls that people who lack self-confidence fall into, and deals with how to realistically develop self-trust through micro-habit design. Learn about the structure of a mind that doesn't collapse even in the midst of uncertainty, the expansion of thinking that escapes the illusion of incompetence, and how to be reborn as a “canine person” with both your own strengths and sharpness.

Chapter 4. Relationship Reconstruction Theory Edition (Getting Free from Uneasy Relationships)

Why are relationships always difficult and tiring? The cause is not in people, but in terms of looking at relationships. This chapter deals with how to clearly differentiate between repeated mistakes and mistakes in human relationships, and relationships that exhaust me. It also establishes an inner standard for maintaining a calm state when alone without being swayed by the gaze, words, or evaluations of others. It's not just a way to clean up unnecessary relationships; I understand structures that don't draw you into relationships.

Chapter 5. Reframing Relationships: Part 1 (Establishing a Healthy Relationship to Protect Yourself)

There are many people who know a lot of theory but just collapse disastrously in practice. This chapter covers conversation methods, distancing, and boundary setting that you can use right in real situations. We practice self-opening techniques to steal the hearts of others, tips for reducing mistakes, conversation methods to avoid being swayed by rude people, and how to deal with villains in the workplace in a realistic way. The key is to realize how to connect deeply without losing yourself in any relationship.

Chapter 6. Breaking emotional patterns that hold you back

Emotions aren't inherently right or wrong. The problem isn't the feelings, it's the way you deal with them. In this chapter, you'll learn how to deal with feelings like envy, jealousy, emptiness, and meaninglessness as they are without forcibly suppressing or glorifying them. Get away from a life drawn to emotions and restore the structure and sense of converting the movement itself called emotion into self-developing energy.

Chapter 7. Control the noise in my head

The constant anxiety and thought addiction that haunts my head is not because my will is weak, but because my thought structure is distorted. This chapter corrects the essential mechanisms that generate anxiety and the cognitive distortions that most people are missing. Instead of trying to get rid of thoughts, I learn how to not be influenced by thoughts, and face myself free from the stress of thought addiction.

Chapter 8. bonus class. Living as a complete person

The final chapter explores the path beyond self-development to self-improvement. I already recognize my full and complete self without having to fill in anything more. I look back on my journey to inner freedom and finish preparing to live my full life.
