🎭 “Right now, I'm Maria of Florence”

An artistic and humanities journey across time and space, from Renaissance Florence to modern Korea.

Real art stories read through politics, religion, war, and capitalism,

And meet moments that connect with your life.

3 reasons this class is special

❶ An immersive art journey as a persona

Become the son of a Renaissance merchant, a young Parisian painter, and a German artist at war. Art history becomes a vivid story through direct “living” experience rather than just knowledge. The senses and concerns of each era are connected to our lives today.

❷ The art of reading politics, religion, war, and capitalism

Art has always been intertwined with power, religion, capital, and war. Portraits of kings, Picasso's “Guernica,” and even modern graffiti. This course develops an eye for interpreting works in a social context and transforms art into today's language.

❸ Practical activities to find my cultural capital

It doesn't end with just listening to lectures. Live through the feelings of others through “Today's Persona Diary” and explore your own tastes with the “Cultural Capital Worksheet.” A new perspective on understanding me continues even after the lecture is over.

Notes before taking the course

This course is not about memorizing knowledge. It includes “Persona Diary,” where you can live a day as a person from each era, and a “Cultural Capital Worksheet” activity that connects your tastes with the times. It's not just a lecture that ends with listening; the focus is on the process of directly writing, feeling, and expressing. Perfect for those who want to take a fresh look at themselves through art.
