We think, feel, and forget dozens of times a day, and our bad memories evaporate.

But if I write about that day,

I can understand myself a little better than yesterday.

This class uses Notion to create your own online bullet journal, or Notion journal,

This is a process for completing a journaling routine that organizes daily life, thoughts, and feelings in a total of 6 sections.

🌿 This change happens when I use My Notion Journal

Writing down each day is more than just a “memo,” it's the first step in understanding myself.

My Notion Journal makes that process a little easier and more beautiful.

✨ 1. My mind clears up, and my day calms me down

When I put complex thoughts and feelings into writing, my mind feels surprisingly light.

If you keep your own records in Notion's clean space, you'll be able to experience a natural sense of order.

When thoughts are complicated or emotions fluctuate, the act of organizing in writing reduces the burden on the brain.

💭 2. I have time to understand myself

The habit of looking back at a day is a process of getting to know “me.”

Little by little, I'm discovering what makes me happy and what situations make it difficult.

Through this process, you will be able to treat yourself more warmly.

3. Small routines make big changes

Set a rhythm for the day by writing down plans in the morning and recollections in the evening.

If you keep a steady record, your day will have a constant flow, and that rhythm stabilizes your entire life.

🌼 4. I can see signs of growth

Over time, a journal becomes not just a diary, but a “growth record” containing all of my changes.

The flow of emotions, lessons learned, and moments of gratitude accumulate

You'll feel “I'm stronger now than I was then.”

If you visualize a sentiment graph, daily keyword, or thank-you diary through a retrospective > diary

You can check “I've changed like this.”

💡 5. Achieving goals and changing behavior

I'm going to break the goals that seem difficult to achieve by dividing them into action plans and accomplishing them one by one.

Small actions come together to change behavior and unknowingly take me to achieve my goals.

Through the goal section, you can see how the tasks and how they were completed are gradually piling up.

☁️ 6. A digital record with your own sensibility

Since you can capture photos, music, and writing together, it's a lot of fun to decorate a journal.

“I feel like my life is being beautifully filled one page at a time.”

Ultimately, create a system so that all of this can be done steadily,

We will continue to grow together within the community.

May your day flow a little more warmly and meaningfully,

This Notion Journal will join you.

✨ If so, what is Notion Journal

Notion Journal is not just a “place to record” a day,

It's a system for designing and managing life.

Rather than saving time and living a new life by splitting it into seconds,

Get everything out of my head while answering the pre-questionnaire

The focus is on moving and managing content in an online space called Notion based on organized and structured content.

Organizing tasks, implementing them, looking back on the day, and moving towards goals

It's a digital journal system that connects the entire process through a single flow.

A note journal combines the sensibility of a paper diary with the efficiency of a digital one.

Things to do, what you've learned, feelings, and even collaboration information

Since they can all be organized in one space,

Thoughts are not scattered and naturally lead to “flow.”

In this class, through the 'Notion Journal'

More than a simple scheduling tool,

I'm going to create an online lifestyle system to manage and grow myself.

🗂 The six structures of the Notion Journal

The Notion Journal consists of six core structures.

Each area also works independently, but it exerts its greatest strength when connected to each other.

When these six things are connected, the cycle of “recording → execution → retrospective → growth” is completed.

① Action

The beginning of every plan is execution.

Instead of keeping things to be done in your head,

Keep to-do lists and priorities structured within notes.

Based on GTD (Getting Things Done) technique

Visually manage tasks to be done, work in progress, and completed tasks.

Through this process, you'll be able to focus your energy on “doing” rather than “thinking.”

② Reflection

At the end of the day, the most important thing is to “look back.”

Record what you did well, what was difficult, and what you felt new today

I have time to look at my day objectively.

From daily reviews to weekly and monthly reports in Notion Journal

You can check your growth flow by connecting automatically.

Short records are accumulated and later become powerful self-feedback materials.

③ Management

A management system is necessary for an efficient day.

Notion Journal organizes schedules, routines, and projects at a glance.

Connect calendars, reminders, and databases

You can manage your personal work and life routines in an organized manner.

Through this structure, you can clearly recognize “what to do until when.”

④ Record (Record)

At the center of Notion Journal is “record.”

Feelings of the day, thoughts that came to mind, books read, new ideas, etc.

It captures all the moments of the day that are easy to pass through.

You can freely record photos, links, and text

If you organize them by topic through tags and categories

Your own inspiration database will be completed.

As time goes by, this space is built up as a 'My Growth Archive'.

⑤ Goal

The Notion Journal isn't just about recording today.

Set everything from short-term goals to long-term plans step by step,

It visualizes the process.

While designing your own detailed implementation steps to achieve the goal

You'll have an “experience where records soon lead to achievement.”

A structure where the daily routine is eventually linked to my big goals,

This is Notion Journal's most powerful feature.

⑥ Collaboration (Co-work)

One of Notion's strengths is 'sharing and collaboration'.

It's useful enough even as a self-made journal,

You can also share with team members, family, and friends and check each other's progress.

At home, for sharing family schedules,

At work, it can be used to manage project progress.

Through this structure, records become a system where records grow together beyond the domain of individuals.

🌿 Changes made by Notion Journal

When these six structures are connected,

A simple scheduling tool is turned into a 'life operation system'.

The Notion Journal organizes your day,

It manages habits, visualizes goals, and enables collaboration.

What is the Notion Journal I learned in this class

Start by recording your day

Creating a “me who thinks, executes, and grows”

It will be the most personal and practical digital space.

✨ Notion journal production process (see GTD techniques)

Notion journals are more than just “record notes.”

The day's schedule, thoughts, feelings, goals, habits, and even learning —

It's a digital lifestyle system designed to manage everything that makes up a day in one place.

Notion Journal is more of a “structure for organizing life” rather than a “space for keeping records.”

Summarize the things you need to do that day, write down what you felt while looking back on your day,

They grow on their own by recording small changes in habits with data.

In this class, you don't just learn how to decorate a pretty page.

Based on GTD (Getting Things Done) technique,

We create a structure that can visually organize “how the flow of my life moves”.

In other words, it's a process of completing your own productivity journal where the cycle of “record, inspection, and execution” takes place naturally.

If you continue to write a note journal

I can see the pattern of the day, and I naturally recognize what kind of work I spend a lot of energy on.

As a result, it moved away from simple schedule management

It will develop into a 'tool for designing and adjusting the whole life'.

What you learn in this class

How to design your own bullet journal structure using Notion
A journal format that naturally organizes daily schedules, feelings, and goals
How to make records not just “records,” but “habits that make me grow”
Page specific features & usage tips for continuing to record through Notion Journal

I recommend it to people like this

Those who have tried Notion but wanted to use it as their own meaningful space
Those who want to organize themselves by recording their daily lives and feelings
Those who want to create steady habits and routines
A person who has a desire to “understand me” through records

🌙 Changes after taking the course

By the end of this class, it's more than just creating a pretty note page.

More than that, you'll gain an even more important 'recording habit'.

✔️ I create a routine to organize my day and reflect on myself.

✔️ You can check your own direction through a preliminary questionnaire.

✔️ It makes me feel lighter by visually organizing my feelings and thoughts.

✔️ Plans and records are naturally linked through notes.

✔️ You will meet a “steady me” who continues to write even if it's not perfect.

The record doesn't have to be perfect.

What is important is the desire to leave “today's me.”

I hope this class will give you a moment of pause and relaxation in your day.

Create your own bullet journal with Notion that you will use for a lifetime,

Let's start together now 🌿

What makes this class special

❶ Notion journal production incorporating GTD techniques

It's not just a “recording note page,”

Let's create a “system that can actually handle work and organize life.”

In this class, GTD (Getting Things Done) techniques are incorporated into the Notion Journal,

I'm going to create my own structure that can manage, record, and even look back on tasks all at once.

If you take what you need to do out of your head instead of in your head,

There is a noticeable difference in concentration and productivity without unnecessary stress.

Based on what you've learned, you'll complete a “Journal of Organizing Your Own Thoughts and Tasks.”

❷ From subscription to database application

Whether you're new to Notion, or someone who has already tried it but haven't got a system

Through this lesson, you'll understand the 'overall structure of notion'.

Starting with signing up for an account and using basic blocks,

It covers application methods using databases and relational structures (Relations, Rollups) step by step.

More than a simple note-taking tool,

You will experience firsthand the process of developing it into a “system where information is connected.”

If you understand notions properly, schedules, records, and ideas are linked to each other

Your daily management will be much more efficient.

❸ Establishing an online journal system to manage a “lifetime”

At the end of this class, you will complete a journal system where a “daily record” leads to a “life record.”

Schedule management, reading history, goal tracking, emotion recording, etc.

Let's create our own structure that can organically manage various areas of life within a single notion space.

Through this, students will complete their own online life management platform.

A recording system that is more flexible than a paper diary and more in-depth than an app

You'll experience your own digital archive that gains value over time.

Notes before taking the course

It doesn't cover advanced technologies such as Notion's AI and formulas. This course is a course for creating your own online journal by learning and practicing the essential functions of Notion required to create a Notion journal
