Why do organizations need 'psychology'?

“Just a meeting makes the team feel cool.”

“If you listen to feedback, you collapse instead of growing.”

“I'm getting results, but why don't I feel like I'm being recognized?”

Same situation, different reactions. Why is that?

Numerous feelings, misunderstandings, conflicts, burnout within the organization...

There is a 'psychological mechanism' behind all of these phenomena.

Organizational psychology is the power to understand and interpret it.
