This course helps parents develop customized learning strategies based on their children's tendencies Practical parent education programThis is it.

Every child grows healthiest in an environment and method that suits them.

However, we often see cases where we randomly apply methods known as “good” and find it difficult because they are not suitable for children.

This lecture explains children's learning tendencies by dividing them into four patterns: activity, sincerity, relationships, and logic, based on David Kersey's temperament theory, Dr. Kim Man-kwon's U&I learning counseling, and William Glasser's theory of choice.

First, let's look at how each pattern is revealed in a learning situation, and what behaviors, strengths, and weaknesses it shows.

Also, based on choice theory, it specifically addresses what “needs” are important for each pattern, and how to stimulate these needs to generate motivation for learning.

In the second half of the lecture It covers how to apply self-management strategies (learning environment, goal setting, time management, etc.) and knowledge learning strategies (concept understanding, content organization, memory strategies, etc.), which are the two pillars of self-directed learning, according to each pattern, and even presents pattern subject study methods and test preparation strategies.

We will also be proposing ways to expand learning methods using AI tools.

This course goes beyond simply “techniques for studying well,”

It is not “forcing” parents to learn through a process where they understand and respect their child's tendencies,

We aim to transform it into “self-chosen growth.”
