The Pilates and sports industry is ruining.

The purpose of this course is to comprehensively cover how not to be ruined in the ruined fitness and pilates industry.

“Our industry is ruining.” When I say that, they say I'm selling my tomb. That's wrong.

I've already left that tomb and I'm building a new ecosystem. If you watch this course until the end, you'll understand why I'm saying this.

Five years ago, I talked about this model in an online course.

“In the future, if we don't become a platform company or platform instructor, we won't survive.”

It's not me, but the trend of the world already supports this claim. However, the sports industry is surprisingly closed and unable to accept change. As a result, the number of Pilates education associations and instructors is increasing day by day, but tuition fees are getting lower and lower, and cases of business closures and problems are constantly appearing. If you get the right education, why is the industry ruining?

However, I spent 4 years changing the business model to overcome this.

It was really surprising that the orthodontic exercises and the human body we were studying had all the secrets. Pilates instructors and exercise professionals all know that posture and emotions are linked. In other words, we are already studying emotions and doing restorative work. What if we apply this to life and business?

Life and business are also acts of “training” and “emotional challenges.” All of this seemed to be true.

I'm using this model 'Self-waiting triangle'It's called

Pilates starts with adjusting one's inner self. In other words, it is based on one's own original movement, “self-respect.”

You can find the roots of personal branding here, and if you expand it into a business, it becomes a so-called “brand.”

Just as natural to our movements, our dream customers will naturally come to us.

The process of designing this path is called 'infinity funnel marketing'.

Online+ Offline+ Sales+ Brand+ Marketing

What would happen if we solved all of these at the same time? As you may have seen from my introduction, we implemented all of these processes in the form of a one-person enterprise.

This is because I found one essence and realized that it is reflected in everything. Simply put, it's possible because we've found a clear success system and only need to 'replicate'.

It starts with finding “self-love.” Also, I understand that this process is like the process of recovering the customer's body in Pilates.

Furthermore, we aim to embody the application of all of these processes to life and business through small business designs.

This is the only way to survive in a changing ecosystem. We shouldn't be buried in a job called a “pilates instructor.” The reason each person became a Pilates instructor was to help others. I chose this job because taking care of their health and mind is fun and rewarding. After all, we have a similar mission. There are so many ways to achieve this mission.

Therefore, if you find the peculiarities of teachers like I did, you will have an unrivaled competitive advantage.

They compete on price and are jealous because they are similar and the same.

If I own a different category, do I need competition?

Wouldn't what I'm calling be the amount?

Nobody is going to do it.

So this is the only way forward.

Looking for “self-love”
