“Investors need to know how to design an IR deck structure to become a real IR.”

“Can my idea really be invested?”
“Why does my IR Deck disappear from investors' desks every time?”

This is a question asked every day by most founders who have no experience in attracting investment.

However, not many people know the answer.

Investors review over 100 IR decks per week.

However, most of them disappear without even receiving feedback on 'why they dropped out'.

The founders copied the decks of people who eventually succeeded,

They waste time on 'copy IR' that doesn't fit their business.

So in this lesson How to design the IR deck structure itselfwill be released.

It's not just a way to make PPT pretty, What logic do investors use to read IR decks,

8PD FrameworkLearn how to organize in 'investor language' through (Problem → Customer/Market → Solution → Revenue → Organization → Competitive Advantage → GTM → Exit). For each lesson, I apply my ideas to the actual framework, and finally complete my own IR Deck and Pitch Script.

You will learn the structure that works in the investment field through examples from global unicorns and domestic startups.

It also has the advantage of being able to ask for feedback while delivering the 8pd IR Deck to investors.

For example, something like this.

“What part of our IR 8pd structure was lacking or needed improvement, if any?” You can also ask a specific question and get a simple answer. The question must be clear, and so can the answers. This is how you learn how to communicate with investors. If so, investors are also in 8PD “Problems & lack of customer structure execution data” Maybe you could reply with a simple comment. It means we don't have to waste too much time with each other.

After listening to this course, I can clearly understand why my IR Deck was eliminated, and I can structurally design the strengths of my business from an investor's perspective.

Also, after the lecture, you'll complete your own IR Deck and Pitching script.

In the AI era, it has become an era where single founders also receive investment. We will help startups and prospective founders maximize time, money, and investment efficiency.

Now switch to a persuasive deck instead of a copy deck.

Recommended for prospective founders, startups, and IR practitioners.

Frequently asked questions FAQ

Q1. Is this a PPT design course?

It's not. This is not a design course. This course is not just about how to write a PPT; it is a course about learning the IR Deck structure that investors actually see. It focuses on learning the numeric language and logical structures that investors understand.

Q2. I'm still a prospective founder, can I listen to it even if I only have a business idea?

Yes. Rather, it's better to learn during the idea/pre-solution phase. The focus of this class is for early-stage Seed/Pre-A founders, prospective founders, first-time investors, and anyone preparing for M&A. Through this course, you can get a framework for examining and refining business ideas from an investor's perspective. In addition, the Cashflow Framework allows you to learn about what kind of cash flow structures are designed for sustainable growth companies and what factors grow corporate value, and we have designed lectures that are easy for anyone to understand, tailored to non-majors/beginners.

Q3. Can I keep up with IR decks even if I have no experience making them?

Yes. The 8PD Framework is explained step by step in an easy-to-understand manner, even for first-time learners. If you follow the course of the lecture, an IR Deck draft that fits your business will naturally be completed, and the founder will organize the pitching script in his head by becoming aware of the view from the investor's point of view.

Q4. I already have an IR Deck, should I listen to it again?

Even if you already own an IR deck, if you feel that the logic development or structural design is insufficient for your own judgment

The 8PD Framework course will be of great help. This course focuses on how to design a “logical structure that investors can understand” rather than design or sentence expressions.

Therefore, it is particularly suitable for those who want to take the completeness of an existing deck to the next level or want to reexamine it from an investor's perspective.

Q5. If I fail to attract investment, is this course useless?

It's not. Investment promotion is the result of a combination of the judgment variables of various FIs, such as VC and AC, and market conditions.

Therefore, what is more important than short-term investment success is building a business structure capable of sustainable growth.

The core of the 8PD Framework is not simply 'technology that receives investment', but rather about creating a business system with a logical structure and execution ability that investors can trust. If this structure is properly designed, funding will eventually follow that logic.

If investment promotion fails even after completing the 8PD Framework, it can mainly be checked for the following three reasons.

External variables — economic conditions, industry investment trends, capital market fluctuations, etc.
Internal factors — PMF misjudgment, lack of data, lack of execution, lack of key personnel
Investor unsuitability — when an investor suitable for the company's stage or BM cannot be found

This course does not 'guarantee investment success', but it provides thinking skills and judgment criteria for accurately recognizing the causes of investment failure and improving oneself. Also, since you will understand investors' language and mentality in advance during the IR process, you will be able to determine “what to ask and how to respond” on your own during actual meetings. This point is the key moment for investors to evaluate the founder's thinking ability, and the course designed to learn that thinking structure is the 8PD Framework course.

Q6. What kind of results can I get at the end of the course?

Once you have completed all the tasks, the actual IR Deck draft plan will be completed.

Through thorough preparation of response strategies by understanding investors' language (numbers), confidence in Q&A, and prior learning about Pitching & IR based on logical structures

You will learn how to communicate with investors.

Q7: What level of time should I spend on this course?

The total length of the course is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and it is designed so that you can fully embody the core content within 1 to 2 weeks even if you only invest 30 minutes to 1 hour per day. You can understand the entire structure just by listening to it once, and after reading it 2 to 3 times, you will naturally learn how to think from an investor's perspective and IR deck design ability. We have created a course so that even busy founders and prospective founders can feel free to listen to it.

[Must read before taking the course] Types that may not be suitable for 8pd class lessons

This course is a practical IR program designed around IR deck structure design methods for communication (IR) with investors.

Therefore, the 8pd class may not be suitable for the following founder types.

1. People who are not interested in learning logic and principles

If you think of the investment promotion process only as a “formal procedure”

2. Those who only want to improve their PPT design or sentence expression

Since 'strategic structural design' is key rather than visual form, it may differ from expectations.

3. Those who want to skip the learning process called IR or think it's a waste of time

This course is a course for learning 'IR communication with investors'. Because in order to persuade investors, you need to know what investors think and think

It's a part of the process where you have to learn a new field called IR, which requires an investment of time.

4. People who don't recognize the importance of IR learning and always say “I can't do it because I'm busy”

Investment promotion is not a one-time thing. It's an essential course that is essential for growing a company, and since it usually requires going through several investment rounds, it helps a lot once you learn it properly. Opportunities to attract investment eventually come to prepared founders.

5. Those who believe that the IR Deck format of an invested company is the right answer

What is the 8PD Framework course 'Who received the investment'than “Why was it possible to get an investment?”This is a learning process.

The key to attracting investment is not the form, but the consistency of structure and logic that investors understand. Even for the same investors, there is individuality in investment judgment criteria. This course is more than that individuality, most It is designed to learn basic structures and persuasion logic that investors commonly evaluate.
