Line dance beginner

The beginner's line dance course is for elementary school students to the elderly in their 70s and 80s

If anyone has the physical strength to walk until then feel free

It's a fun walking exercise you can do...

The beginner's work consists of actions that can currently be enjoyed by people in their 50s and 80s

Intermediate works are great for younger people... all age groups because the basic steps are the same

Men and women of all ages can do line dancing.

You can't register even if you want to learn because the time doesn't match the center class, or

If you're too tired and don't feel confident, start slowly from the first step

Once you learn the line dance steps and gain confidence, slowly move on to other fields of dance

I feel confident to take on challenges

I was weak since I was young, so I always caught colds easily, and I was out of breath, so I went hiking for more than 10 minutes

I couldn't keep climbing, and I went up after taking a break more than others.

As I continued to do line dancing, my legs got stronger and my lung capacity improved, so I was out of breath

There's no such thing as not being able to climb a mountain. Since it is an indoor exercise, it is affected by the climate

If you don't do it with music, time will pass quickly without getting bored

: Why should I give my parents a line dance?

There are many active line dance classes from community centers to sports centers, but

First-time users may lose confidence and feel refreshed by unfamiliar steps, but their body

I often give up halfway because I don't like it.

It can be a fun exercise because of the distressed thoughts that other students are constantly staring at me

They gave up on line dancing.

Even if you learn the basic steps, it's enough

20.30.It's a movement that the 40th generation and their parents can do together...

1). Health care: balance, joint strengthening, dementia prevention effects

2) Music and fun: Have fun with trot, 7080, and old pop

3). Social exchange: Relieve loneliness through hobby+club activities

4). I'm taking a line dance course at a sports center, but

Due to the limitations of group lessons, due to the burden of not being able to keep up with progress

Highly recommended for those who give up in the middle of the course

Health: Joint and balance exercises, dementia prevention effects

Enjoyment: Hobbies and leisure → Improving the quality of life after retirement

Social Skills: Connect with friends and club activities → Resolve loneliness

The sense of accomplishment and pleasure of “I can dance to music too”

Safe class: Design movements that are not burdensome to the knees and joints

Can also be done at home: No special equipment required

If you do an intermediate-level work after learning the beginner's course, it takes 50 minutes

It's about 7500 steps. As the difficulty level increases, the amount of exercise increases
