Yoga practice, the essence of Oriental movement, awakens energy in the fascia (fascia) and meridian (meridian) of the human body to create a beautiful and healthy body. In particular, ashtanga yoga is a traditional yoga system that systematically embodies the fascia and meridians of the human body on a mat.

“Ashtanga Yoga with fascia, meridians, and blood spots” planned by Director Jenny, this course explains the main movements of yoga by matching fascia and meridian lines.

You will also improve your performance in ashtanga yoga and all yoga postures by learning useful fascia therapy related to each posture and how to massage blood spots yourself.

This class aims to learn more about the human body with fascia and meridians, and to provide anatomical knowledge and training guides to understand the fundamental principles of yoga movements to those who want to resolve physical discomfort on their own during yoga practice.

Through this lesson, students will carefully learn the proper alignment of each Ashtangayo position (Suryana Mascara AB - Updog/ Chaturangadandasana/Down Dog), standing position, seated position, and reverse position, and learn the associated myofascial circumference, meridian position, and self-massage techniques.

In India, the constellation is called Marma (Marma). Marma is a biological energy point for the human body, and when Ashtanga yoga stimulates the main marma before and after training, it has the effect of awakening proprioception (close interaction between brain and muscle developed through sensory experience with one's own body), leading to natural inner training on the mat, and leads to yoga philosophy and meditation.

The final lecture in this class also deals in depth with Indian thought, which is the root of the philosophy of yoga, and Ashtanga yoga (8 levels of yoga) presented in “Yoga Sutra,” which is the origin of Ashtanga yoga.

Therefore, yoga practitioners who want to develop their own achievements in yoga postures and control pain and injuries, yoga teachers who want to grow as competent yoga instructors with problem solving skills rather than simply listing yoga postures in class, join this course full of know-how on fascia, meridians, and yoga postures that Director Jenny has been studying for 15 years.

I hope it will be helpful to many people who love studying the human body and practicing yoga.

Q1. How do you learn fascia, meridians, and yoga together in this class?

What this class deals with is not the theoretical identity of fascia and meridians, but rather “points of operation” that actually overlap within yoga movements. When a specific fascial line is activated in a position, why is the flow of a specific meridian felt together. This class deals with what blood spots are stimulated and recognized, the fascial lines connected to them smoothly open, and yoga postures are performed smoothly - these are the things. Also, instead of just explaining the theory, I tried directly stimulating blood spots, doing fascia therapy, and then substituting yoga exercises Confirmed with training experienceIt's configured so that you can do it.

Q2. Does using blood spots really change yoga postures?

This class does not explain that pressing blood spots works. Instead, we take time to find out what myofascial tension a specific blood spot is connected to and try to relax that fascial point directly. And when these energy points are released

Why hip rotation becomes more natural
Why is there less strain on the back
Why do shoulders rotate more freely
Let me check it out by experiencing it firsthand in a yoga pose.

Q3. Can beginners take yoga classes?

It's possible. However, this class is not a class where you quickly follow a lot of movements. Use your body safely for first-time trainers Classes that set standardsIt became a point where the senses were blocked for those who have been training for a long time A class that reinterpretsThis will be it. It is designed to help those who want to accurately understand the alignment and principles of yoga postures.

Q4. What's the biggest difference from other yoga classes?

This class is more than “how to do it” I will explain “why this is happening.” So once you understand it, even in other yoga classes or private practices You will be able to control your body yourself. This is not a yoga posture list course where you look at shapes, but it is a course where you can learn how to map your body in depth from the perspective of Western anatomy and Oriental medicine to develop problem solving skills and an eye for the human body, and learn the basic principles of yoga postures.
