South Korea's most unusual voice?

Hello, I'm Park Geun-hong, the first vocalist to greet you as the vocalist of Gate Flowers! “Korea's most unusual voice?” This is the story I've heard the most since appearing in the TOP band. In fact, I never thought that way. That's because I just imitated my favorite vocalists.

“Is it okay if I sing like that?” There were many people at the venue who spoke with half surprise and half concern. Similarly, I've never had a single worry.

Why would that be the case?

We prove it with 32 years of activity

The vocalists I liked and imitated have toured hundreds and thousands of times with such voices. I've also been a vocalist for the band for nearly 30 years since before appearing in TOP band, I'm a Singer 2. From small clubs to stadiums to broadcast sets... I sang on every stage possible. Also, I have seen, heard, and analyzed the voices of many domestic and international singers firsthand. There is only one conclusion. “There is only one trick to singing.” Although the method of expression may differ depending on the genre, the basic principle is the same.

You have to learn properly

“Do all singers have one way to make high notes?” That's right. Sweet ballad singers, rhythmic R&B singers, and powerful rock vocals all use the same vocal techniques to make high notes.

“Does it hurt your throat if you make a harsh sound like a foreign rock/metal vocalist?” “Are rich sounds like foreign R&B vocals innate?” It's not. Although physical conditions may influence, the basic principles of singing are independent of race. Anyone can make the sound they want if they learn it properly.

And your body already knows how to do it since birth. You can find your own voice through training, just as exercising reveals a beautiful, hidden figure when fat is broken down.

Let go of the prejudice that it is difficult

You've probably watched a lot of vocalization videos already. However, you must have found it difficult to actually apply it to a song. Complex terms, abstract explanations, too many things to worry about... but don't worry. If you clearly understand the basic principles of vocalization, it's rather simple. Here's how to do it easily and intuitively.
