I helped various clients practice communication at the hospital, acted as a bridge to reconnect families through improved communication, and taught communication theory and practice in educational settings.

As my experience accumulated, I had two thoughts.

The first thought is that if you learn and use communication well, it can be a “useful inner tool” that reduces stress and burnout and helps to have a healthy body, mind, and interpersonal relationships.

The second thought is that healthy communication that starts with me has a positive and meaningful impact on my family and those around me.

I would like to help practice communication by reflecting the practical experience, knowledge, and know-how accumulated in clinical practice and education.

I remember the flight attendant explaining how to wear an oxygen mask before the flight departs and advising the caregiver to wear it first when accompanied by an elderly person.

Through this class, I first selected communication methods that I have used in my work, taught, and used through trial and error. The communication methods I've introduced are useful in everyday life, and are particularly useful in emergency situations. The biggest beneficiary of the communication method I've introduced is myself.

If you also embody the communication methods introduced in this class with “me first,” I think it will help you respond safely and reliably in everyday situations and emergencies.

The communication methods we will practice together in this class are I POSITION (I POSITION), I MESSAGE (I MESSAGE), four-step formula for good communication (four-step formula for good communication), and family communication type (SATIR's Survival Communication Type).

These methods can be used separately or in an integrated manner. I especially recommend this class for those who want to learn about I MESSAGE (I MESSAGE), which is widely known as the “Me Delivery Method.” Also, I recommend this class to those who want smooth communication, those who want to communicate well with their families, those who decide to practice communication first, especially those who want to express uncomfortable feelings safely, those who want to clearly communicate, those who need communication checks, those who want to learn systematic communication skills, and those who teach communication skills.

This class will first introduce 'how to talk to me' and 'how to prepare for smooth communication'.

I think talking to me is “the beginning of expanding safe communication with my family and surroundings, starting with me.”

I think that referring to the preparation methods introduced by the Yidchi Research Institute will help you use stable communication methods. If you are about to have an important conversation, please refer to and use the “Preparation Method for Smooth Communication” introduced by the Idchi Research Institute. Some conversations may require preparation. As you practice and get used to it, I think you'll find “me unknowingly preparing for conversation” ahead of a conversation anytime, anywhere. (Because I did!)

In order to help you practice online communication with your body and mind, not just with your eyes and head, we have prepared a role play that you can practice alone.

I think the “vaccine ambassador” devised by the Yidchi Research Institute helps to check and be careful about inappropriate communication types.
