I hear everywhere that if you don't use AI, you'll fall behind. I've tried ChatGPT and Gemini, but I'm not sure what changed in my day.

In this case, it's a good idea to make a small one yourself and try it out.

When I see tomorrow morning actually changing, I'm starting to see how AI should be used little by little.

I often hear the word automation, but I can't really think of what to automate or where to start.

Recently, AI services have also introduced functions that run on their own according to fixed times or conditions. However, these automated features are often offered on paid plans.

Such a tool has been included in the iPhone since the beginning.

No additional payments are required.

immediately shortcuts It's an app.

Shortcuts are tools that execute multiple actions with a single button or make them execute on their own according to a set time or condition. You can stack the actions you see on the screen like LEGO without coding.

This course is taught by creating and learning one by one.

However, it doesn't end with just creating a completed shortcut.

After looking at what inconvenience it started with and creating a shortcut to solve it

I will even go through the process of fixing the disappointing parts while trying it out myself.

It's cumbersome to open the weather app and check the calendar as soon as you open your eyes.
When the alarm sounds, the AI voice chat starts automatically.
When I tried it, the weather alone was a bit disappointing, so I connected to Google Calendar and improved it so that I could listen to today's schedule together.

There are many things I forget even if I write them down in reminders.
It makes me have a to-do list for today as soon as I leave the house.
If you only let me know once, you might miss it, so we'll improve it to let you know again when connected to the company's Wi-Fi.

The flow is easily interrupted even by an alert that sounds during work.
If you turn on the work focus mode, which blocks unnecessary notifications, the 50-minute timer also starts automatically. It enhances work efficiency by creating a rhythm of 50 minutes of concentration and a short break.
Going one step further, the timer starts even when opening YouTube to prevent shorts from running out of time.

It's cumbersome to enter information about the food you've eaten into the app one by one.
If you take just one photo, AI will evaluate calories and nutrition.
After using it a few times, the execution process is cumbersome, so I improved the AI app's camera so that the AI app's camera turns on as soon as you tap the back of the iPhone.

When messages from your boss pile up, it's troublesome to find what you need again.
When a message comes in, it automatically gathers it in a memo.
It's hard to see at a glance if you just put them together, so AI selects only the work content and improves it to summarize it in one line.

To leave a good answer while chatting with AI, you need to leave the app, open, save, and even add a title.
Make the copied answers saved in a new note with the push of a button.
When I tried it, the process of pressing the button was cumbersome, so it was executed directly from the control center, and the AI took care of writing the title.

I often fall asleep without knowing how the day went by.
At a fixed time, the diary window opens and the written content is automatically saved in the diary app.
Connect to the health app's sleep schedule to complete a routine that looks back on the day by tailoring it to run in time for bedtime.

If you repeat this process, it's not just about how to make shortcuts It also creates a sense of deciding what to automate and how. As a result, I can create my own things that aren't in the course.

Shortcuts will be easier in the future. If you put it into words, I'm moving in the direction of making it themselves. The more important that is, the more important it is than the art of making it Ability to decide what to automate and how to refineThis is it.

This sense can still be used even when a new AI tool comes out.

Those who have tried AI but nothing has changed in their daily lives
People who are interested in automation but are stuck just talking about coding
Those who opened the Shortcuts app and then just closed it
Those who find it difficult to watch long and heavy lectures until the end

If you sit on the sofa after work and follow the steps one by one, you can start using it right away that evening.

This is not a course where you have to spend a long time making up your own mind.

An iPhone is enough. Shortcuts can also be used on iPads and Macs.

The shortcut app is installed by default, and there are no additional payments.

Some exercises use the ChatGPT and Gemini apps, both of which are free to use.

Now all you have to do is make one yourself

Automation is not a grandiose technology.

Start by finding a small inconvenience that you repeat every day and try to make it a little easier.

Start by watching the lessons and making them one by one.

When I tried it myself and fixed it, at some point I thought, “Can this be automated too?” I'm starting to think that.

It's not about learning shortcuts from then on It changes my daily life in my own way.

Let's start by creating the first automation that will change tomorrow morning together.
