I lost 86 kg even though I couldn't exercise.

A seven-year record that began at 268 kg, and now your diet is different.

“You must exercise to lose weight.”

You've probably thought this way at least once.

So I registered a gym,

start aerobic exercise,

I even starved for a few days,

I'm sure you've followed popular diets.

But what were the results?

It's a bit boring at first,

Eventually, it came back to normal,

“Am I a weak-willed person?” Isn't that all that's left to think about?

Actually, the problem isn't will.

That's because I started the wrong way.

“I'm not someone who lost weight through exercise.”

Hallo I'm Baek Chin, a diet expert and instructor.

In 2017, I had a major car accident.

I was diagnosed with a sternum fracture and secondary ligament instability,

Even now, I'm about to have three leg surgeries, so exercising has become difficult.

As my activity decreased, I continued to gain weight,

Eventually, it increased to 268 kg in 2019.

I've tried countless diets.

I've starved, tried popular diets, and tried medicine.

But the results were always the same.

The vicious cycle of falling for a while, steaming again, giving up, and starting over was repeated.

Then one day, I realized

“I'm not following a method I can't do with my body,

I have to make a method that suits my body. '

From then on, I changed my diet instead of exercising.

Instead of starving yourself unconditionally, learn how to eat properly, record your diet,

I analyzed the causes of failure and began to change my habits day by day.

As a result of following the same principles for 7 years, I went from 268 kg to 182 kg

I lost a total of 86 kg and am still maintaining a steady diet.

In December 2024, my story was published on SBS “This Happened to the World”

It was also introduced.

However, the biggest change for me was not my appearance on the air, but my life changed.

This lesson isn't a theory I learned in a book.
