Start investing in coins, step by step from the basics

Are you interested in coins but not sure where to start studying? You've probably wondered how Bitcoin and Ethereum differ, what the numbers on the exchange screen mean, and where to store purchased coins.

This class is designed so that newcomers to coins can understand basic concepts and establish necessary judgment criteria during the transaction and storage process.

Hallo Dr. Bitman constantly examines and conveys the cryptocurrency market.

What I have experienced in the cryptocurrency market since the end of 2017 is that it is important to know the basics. I need a process of understanding unfamiliar terms, knowing what the buttons I press mean, and thinking about how to manage my assets. In this class, we will solve the first questions that beginners encounter in order.

We will learn about this together

The basics you need to know before you start investing in coins
Learn the basic concepts of cryptocurrencies and the characteristics of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Understand price fluctuations and investment risks, and set a standard for looking at investments according to your own circumstances.
Understanding the strange exchange screen
Understand the differences between the KRW, USDT, and BTC markets, and learn the terms and screens used in exchanges. Learn step by step what to look for in the trading process.
Record and reflect on investment habits
Learn why you should write a trading journal. Learn how to record the reasons for buying and selling, reflect on your own judgment, and use it in your next decision.
How to store my coins
We will look at the differences between exchange storage and personal wallets, and the characteristics of hot wallets and cold wallets. Understand the importance of seed phrases and learn the basic security principles required for asset storage.

Understanding investment risk in numbers

After a 30% drop of 1 million won, an increase of about 43% is required to recover the principal amount. Compare loss rates and recovery rates and learn the risks you should be aware of before investing.

Understanding the role of Ethereum and ETH

Explore security participation through transfers, smart contract execution, gas bill payments, and staking. A screen summarizes how ETH is used on the Ethereum network.

Read price units on the actual transaction screen

While looking at the Upbit PC screen in the lecture, check the XRP/KRW display and the KRW unit next to the price. Learn the basic structure of a market where you buy and sell in KRW.

Check the investment process with a trading log

Let's take a look at an example where 20,000 won was added to the initial plan of 30,000 won and a total of 50,000 won was invested. Learn how to separate and record transaction results, the basis for decisions, and whether plans have been followed.

Distinguish between exchange storage and personal wallets

Compare exchange management and self-storage, and hot and cold environments in a table. Learn the basics of storage methods by distinguishing who manages keys and what environments they use them in.
