Just 90 minutes before I went to see the house

I've been studying real estate, but I'm just going to see a house, so if I'm stuck again

“Where should I start looking?”

“What should I go check?”

“What to ask the broker?”

“After looking at two houses, what criteria should I choose?”

If you feel like this, this is the moment you need this lecture.

This is not due to lack of real estate information.

This is because there is still no order or standard to link the information you know to your actual home choices.

Instead of memorizing more information,

Here are just three things in the order you go to see the actual house.

1. Before you enter the office — what to prepare

2. On the move — what to check on site

3. After entering the office — how to compare and decide

At the end

“Why did I leave this house and leave the others out”

My goal is to be able to explain in my own words.

If you're visiting the house this weekend, watch this course before that.

Is this the situation right now?

I'm still looking at Naver Real Estate.

I also watch Hogang-no-no.

There are also some areas of interest.

I also know roughly the budget.

However, when I actually tried to go see the house, I was overwhelmed again.

I'm not sure which area to go first.

I'm confused about whether to look at the area or the apartment first.

I don't know what to look at in the field.

It's also difficult to take the intermediary's explanation to the extent.

After looking at various houses, I have mixed memories of what I liked.

Eventually, it starts searching again.

This course is not for people who don't know real estate at all.

Although I studied real estate,

This is a course for people who are unsure about how to look and judge in the actual field.

There is a difference between seeing a lot and choosing well

Real estate information is already overflowing, including actual transaction prices, prices, transportation, school districts, development plans, and YouTube area analysis.

However, having more information doesn't mean choosing a home is easier.

What to look at first,

What to check for yourself,

What is it compared to,

What should I base my choices on

If there is no order, it continues to shake.

This course is not a more informative course,

We will create a sequence for turning information into judgment.

Before the appointment

Where should I look and what should I prepare?

It doesn't randomly follow regions that are said to be good.

First, I decide what kind of life I want and what I value.

Next, narrow down the area of interest and the apartment, and check the information you need before departure.

We will also prepare questions to check on site and an appointment route.

Instead of looking at a lot at random, you start by knowing what you're going to check.

Importing

What should I check in the field?

What looks close on a map may be different from what is actually comfortable to walk on a daily basis.

Even at the same distance, the experience varies depending on the path, slope, pedestrian crossing, and living environment.

So I don't just look at apartments.

Check the actual movement, living environment, complex and surroundings together.

While applying the standards learned in the lecture to actual live footage

“That's why they look at it this way in the field.”

It is configured so that it can be checked.

After the appointment

Compare by the same standard, not by feeling

It's easy to mix up memories after looking at different places in the house.

So the important thing is not to look at a lot, but to compare on the same basis.

What was good,

What was inconvenient,

Here's a summary of what else you need to check.

And at the end

You must be able to explain in your own words why you left A and excluded B.

From then on, the imposition became not just a visit, but a judgment tool for choosing one's own home.

Before the lecture

“It's a nice neighborhood, so I'll go there.”

“I only looked at the exterior of the apartment and took pictures.”

“I'm even more confused when I hear about the brokerage.”

“After looking at many houses, my memories are mixed.”

“Eventually, I'll search again.”

After the lecture

“I know why you're looking at this area.”

“I'm bringing questions to check on site.”

“I know what to look at myself.”

“Compare A and B on the same basis.”

“I also know what I haven't checked yet.”

And I can explain in my own words why I left this house.

Why did I create this course?

I didn't have a good look at the scene from the beginning either.

The standard came from walking, missing out, looking back, and comparing myself.

Also, as I spent time and exploring with many people, I heard similar questions over and over again.

“Where should I start?”

“How do I know if this neighborhood is a good place for me too?”

“What should I watch on site?”

“How should I judge a brokerage story?”

“How do I choose one of the many houses?”

So rather than choosing a specific area or a good house for you

I've come to think it's more important to create judgment criteria that can be used again in the next home.

In this course, I also taught with real beginners and walked through the field together,

I made it while checking what was difficult and what was actually needed.

This course is not a course that gives correct answers

curriculums

Before the appointment

I set my standards, narrow down regions and apartments, and prepare questions and routes.

Importing

Check the actual movement, living environment, and living environment on site.

After the appointment

Compare based on the same criteria, and organize what to leave and what to exclude.

Field application

Check out firsthand how the standards learned in the course are used in the actual field.

Q & A

Q1. I've never been to Imjang, is that okay?

Yes. Rather, it's best to listen to before your first appointment.

We'll start with the order of what to prepare, what to see, and how to organize.

Q2. Can you tell me which areas or apartments are good?

We don't photograph specific areas or apartments.

Instead, I'll tell you the criteria for judging a home that's right for you.

Q3. Can I go to the office alone right after listening to the lecture?

Yes. That's the goal of this course.

Instead of just listening to a lecture, it was designed so that it can be applied immediately at the next job.

It's not a course about choosing a house,

This is a course that creates a standard for knowing how to see a house.

If you're visiting the house this weekend,

Before that, watch this course first.
