From a simple “record book” that was asleep to an “AI workspace” that works for itself!

Connect Notion DB to an agent to complete a system where repetitive tasks roll by themselves.

Don't leave a window out of the prompt to explain the background every time.

When I introduced a 'Notion Agent' that completely penetrates the context of my work!

“Notion agents are AI that takes care of themselves without explanation.”

The nozzle mechanism completes intelligent team members who move on their own using only natural language instructions.

— Custom agents unify reports that used to take time to gather due to different formats for each team member

— Delete organization tasks by completing AI meeting notes, summaries, and even extracting action items as soon as the meeting is over

— The annotation form collects external requests and automatically organizes them in the DB at the same time to fully automate collection and input

— Zero missed tasks because automatic notifications and personnel assignments are processed simultaneously before the deadline with a single trigger setting

The tiring feeling of gathering and reporting was completely erased.

Now don't keep up with the work, be the 'owner' who directs the system!

Features of the Easy to Organize Notion Curriculum

Equipped with agent usage methods tailored to actual work, including weekly reports, work deadline reminders, data management, and onboarding

Notion is no longer a place to keep records

It's an executable workspace that designs work flows and is driven by AI!

Expand with an AI work infrastructure that the whole team uses together!

I can confidently recommend it to people like this.

— Notion heavy users who use Notion but remain at the notepad level

— People in charge of planning, operation, and management who spend a lot of time writing repetitive reports and organizing work status

— Team leaders who are burdened with organizing meeting minutes, tracking follow-up tasks, and managing action items

— Office workers who want to organize their work flow with links to projects, tasks, and materials scattered all over the place

— Non-development workers who want to create an AI work automation system without coding

There are many people who use Notions, but the people who make systems with Notions are different.

Become an indispensable person in your organization!

If you're using Notion like a notepad, you've thrown away half of your productivity right now!

Connect databases, buttons, automation, and agents, and the system takes care of repetitive tasks.

Expected Questions Q&A

Q. Can people who are new to Notion take this course?

A. Yes, it is possible. This course is designed to learn Notion's basic structure, such as workspaces, pages, blocks, and databases, step by step, through filters, sorting, relational, rollup, formulas, and automation features. You'll learn how to design Notion to suit your workflow beyond simple usage, so even beginners can follow suit.

Please check before taking the course!

Since this is a practice-oriented course, it is a good idea to prepare a dual monitor or an extra device that can separate the lecture screen from the practice screen.

Also, since exercises are conducted based on Windows OS, we recommend taking courses in a Windows environment.

Lecture plan and practice files are <00. It is located in the Textbook Download Center> section.
