I often ask questions on ChatGPT, but does it take time to transfer the answers I've received back to Excel and organize them into a report? This class covers the process of creating actual work files with AI and verifying them before submitting and sharing.

4 chapters · 12 lessons · Follow the following flow for a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes.

① Select an environment suitable for the task from Chat, Work, and Codex, and check the differences between answers and results with virtual sales excel and customer notices. Connect connectors and skills to organize tasks to be repeated.

② Verify the source of the competitor comparison table by comparing public materials with existing documents, and create customer-specific PDFs using reference proposal forms. Find inconsistencies in corporate card, receipt, and expense rules and continue with the checklist and email draft.

③ Organize 3 quotes and contract confirmation items, and create an Excel and HTML dashboard by integrating 8-month monthly results. We'll also look at the training application list comparison and equipment QR management flow.

④ Create detailed pages and card news with product materials, and organize a project status screen with scattered emails and meeting minutes. The existing operation report form is reused and the monthly repeated execution conditions are checked.

Each course has a lesson notebook containing the execution order and confirmation criteria, and sample files for practice are attached to the 9 lessons. Rather than listening to an explanation and finishing it, I proceed by opening materials, checking results, and changing them according to my work.

What you need is a program that can open a PC with an Internet connection, a ChatGPT account, and an Excel file. The video was shot based on a paid account and desktop environment. Features, menus, and external service connections may vary depending on the plan, operating system, app version, and organization permissions. A Notion·Google Drive connection is only required when following this exercise.

This is an introductory course for non-developer practitioners who frequently compare materials and write documents, such as planning, sales, general affairs, and education management. Actual business data, including contracts, costs, and personal information, must first check the usage rights and scope of disclosure, and the person in charge must finally review the figures, sources, and judgments created by AI.
