The draft is done by AI, and I make the judgments and refinements.

It contains only what a junior planner who works without a shooter needs. Learn the work skills you use from day one and the terms that often come up in meetings, and decide on an example service with Claude to create your own planning book to be used in practice from beginning to end.

I recommend it to people like this

- New planning/PM jobs, 1st to 3rd year students, and juniors working without a manager

- Those who need a portfolio to prepare for employment or turnover as a planning job

- Those who want to try AI but are confused about how far to entrust it and where to start making decisions

After listening to it all, it looks like this

- You can quickly draft meeting notes, reports, emails, and calendars with AI and refine them in your own words

- I don't stop at meetings when I hear construction, development, business, and AI terms

- Requirement definition (PRD), menu structure (IA), user flow, screen design, and function definitions can be created in one package

- I have a habit of checking numbers, sources, and rules without trusting AI results

- You can organize the proposals you have created in one portfolio

Course structure

- Basic tasks: Directions for work, organizing meeting minutes, reports and emails, schedules and priorities

- Terms: Construction/operation, development, business, new AI terms

- A set of planning outputs: from organizing ideas to screen design, function definition, and review

- Faster: create the same result in minutes with Plandy and send it to Pygma

- From a proposal to a service: handing over to developers, QA checklist

What to bring

- Computer and internet browser

- Claude account (you can get started for free)

- No coding or planning experience required

Student benefits

- I'll give you a ready-to-use planning template PDF and an example plan
