# What will I learn in this class?
Tableau, from installation to intermediate dashboards
This class is designed for learners who have no experience using Tableau. So I'll start by explaining how to install the Tableau software and the interface that appears when you first run the program.
However, it doesn't just cover the basics. It is designed so that at least learners can grow to a level where they can create results of a certain level on their own using data handled in the workplace. It includes everything from a complete beginner level, such as a Tableau installation, to intermediate level content that can be used in practice.
# After listening to all of these classes, to what level can I implement them?
Dashboards we'll create
Let's take a look first.
1) Business Overview dashboard with various information
2) Regional performance comparison dashboard
3) KPI monitoring selection
In terms of functionality, Tableau will cover basic, basic, intermediate, and anywhere between intermediate and advanced. First, we will draw various charts together as a basis for Tableau learning, and then we will learn UI/UX devices that can induce active intervention and exploration by dashboard users.
Finally, let's focus on practicing the use of calculation formulas to advance to the intermediate level. I hope that the lecturer's various practical experiences will be implanted into the learners, and they will advance to the level where they can confidently create anything on their own.
# What makes this class different from other classes?
This class is about Tableau charts and their main features”How to use it” The focus is on. There will also be other Tableau classes that provide a complete dashboard template.
However, by looking at principles and use cases here, we will accumulate the fundamental strength to solve problems on our own in actual work. Perfect for catching fish! Instead of putting it on, it will be a time to learn how to catch fish and think about strategies for catching fish.
# What kind of people would you recommend this class for?
This class is open to all users using Tableau. If you are new to Tableau, you will be able to focus on learning the basic skills of Tableau through the first goal screen. I think those who understand the basics of Tableau to some extent will be able to pack intermediate level features and various UI/UX elements through the second goal screen.
Also, for those who handle data that is constantly updated in a practical database environment, I am sure that the third goal screen, which focuses on date-related content, will definitely be helpful.
# Products and development tools used by classes
- We use the public version of Tableau, which anyone can use for free. You can download it from the following link.
# Training environment guide
Depending on when you start (buy) this lesson, the version of Tableau Public you download may be upgraded. It's not expected to be much different from the actual learning video, so you can just use the public version of Tableau at the beginning.

We operate VizLab, which produces data visualization content. I'm extremely honored to have a great opportunity at CLASS101: D Tableau is a very easy yet difficult tool.
I've been using Tableau for over 5 years, and I've fallen, carved sideways, and come back after going on a different path, and various good things (?) I've gained a lot of experience. But if you learn this tool behind me, you don't have to go through that kind of trial and error, right?!
The most important goal of this class is to share with you how to go straight to a room, a pierced boulevard, and a straight line! We are waiting for classmates who want to learn Tableau while having fun boosting and encouraging them:D
