Hallo
I'm the designer Park Soyoung
Hello! I am Design work in various fields including videoI'm doing it, illustratorsI'm Park Soyoung, a designer who also works as a designer. I mainly enjoy working on animations that bring images to life. I'd like to share my work process with you. If you need motion training, why don't you work with me to make videos step by step?
All of this Self-taught workWould you believe that?
When I first started motion graphics, I didn't learn a design program, but I was alone in the design and video production! Despite the fact that there are effects and scripts that are easy to create, I drew every frame to express everything. Also, I learned by pressing all the tools and effects one by one and realizing “Oh, this is something like this” all by myself.
As a result of studying alone and having various practical experiences, the best video learning method trainingsI think so. The most important thing is to learn clearly through learning “parts that you use frequently and must know”. Also, training to hold the keys one by one and draw a lot is also very important. I think the use of “presets” that have already been created or useful “scripts” that speed up production must be learned afterwards so that there will be no limit later.
The goal of the class,
Train with motion graphics and find your own style!
What kind of person is good at motion graphics? I am How much work has been doneI think it will be decided according to. Of course, you have to make a lot of things to improve your skills and develop your own tricks.
If you've learned the basics of design tools, but still don't feel comfortable creating natural motion, or don't know what kind of video to start with, let's work with me to create a video step by step, starting with a simple video!
Training 1. Start by creating the source
A well-made video depends on the quality of the source. Therefore, programs such as Photoshop/Illustrator must also be handled well. Before the step of giving motion, we want to work together from the source production stage. I hope this step will be a time to get to know your work style and style preferences.
Training 2. Using effects and expressions in After Effects
For sensuous images, you must not only hold the keys well, but you also need to know how to make good use of effects and expressions. Let's learn frequently used effects and expressions step by step!
Training 3. Creating a frame-by-frame animation
Using a Photoshop timeline and a useful script, I will create a frame-by-frame animation that draws frame by hand. It's one of my favorite methods, and as each one is made by hand, it makes my own personality stand out even more. More and more pride is a bonus!
Training 4. Create your own video
I will create my own video using the senses and motion skills gained through previous training. I think if you patiently create everything from the planning stage to the storyboard to the motion work, you will feel more confident and have more fun. We'll also share our own storyboard templates!
Don't think it's too hard
Be sure to come by all of you before the class starts! Learn the tips you need to know first. Don't miss out on the various tips that come out in the middle of the class! I'll share all the tips I've learned in my daily work:)
The things I learned in this class alone are enough to create a great video. If you patiently complete them one by one, I'm sure you'll be a talented person before you know it.. Whether it's a simple video or a complicated video, I hope everyone can experience how proud and enjoyable it is to watch my work, which takes a lot of time and effort.
