Gouache is a favorite material used by illustrators because of its unique deep color and freedom of use. Learn various expressions using gouache, an ingredient that is unfamiliar to non-experts.

2. Practice using a variety of colors For beginners who don't know how to use colors, we'll teach you step by step how to choose colors, how to create colors, how to add contrast, and tips for using colors. You don't have to use the same color as the actual one. Let's fill the paper with your favorite colors to capture more of your own sensibility.

3. Draw and sketch the overall layout of the picture On a blank sheet of paper, where should I start painting? For beginners who are afraid to look at a white white background, I'll teach you everything from how to structure the whole thing to how to complete a single work. You can also learn how to sketch the features of objects around you, interior landscapes, and buildings. It's OK if it's crooked, and it's not perfect, so let's draw your own picture that's even nicer.

Hello, I'm Yumimi. I like to do and do various things so much that I always think about how to define myself when introducing myself.

I majored in fashion design, worked as a fashion designer, stylist, and also worked as a web designer, visual director, and graphic designer. Also, I sing, make records, and sometimes write lyrics.

Since I was young, if I wanted to do something I wanted to do, I had to do it unconditionally to unravel my intuition, so I didn't hesitate to try this and that.

Then, in the winter of two years ago, I quit my favorite company and went on a drawing trip to Germany. Painting has been my “only hobby” since I was young until now.

I had a life-changing experience where I met a lot of people on such an unprepared trip, and when I came back to Korea, I began painting in earnest.

The drawing diary I drew at that time was an opportunity for me to meet Class 101. Also, while conducting the first class, I was able to communicate with many people through pictures It was an amazing and enjoyable experience, and it led me to the second class.

LIFE IS YOUR Creation

It's my life motto. I think of life as a “creation of one's own making,” rather than a fixed one. The same goes for pictures. I think of painting as a “means” of expressing oneself and a “creation” created by oneself, rather than drawing in a fixed way.

I hope many people will find their own style with me, express it with pictures, and be inspired by looking at each other's paintings.
