In February of this year, I completed the resin craft art civilian qualification registration managed by the Korea Vocational Skills Development Institute. The “Resin Craft Art” qualification is a civilian qualification registered in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Qualification Act and is not an official qualification recognized by the state.
