2) It is not recommended to boil water and then cool it down, as it cannot measure the exact temperature and changes the flavor of coffee. Basically, 92-degree water is used in coffee Jay's tasting class. Therefore, instead of a regular coffee pot, you need a dedicated pot that can control the temperature and does not boil.
