If you have a drip server and a scale that can measure the g count of beans, please purchase the basic package. However, The Gabby Master A, which is used for classes, may not fit well with a typical drip server due to the wide range of dedicated multi-part games. The prepared Kinto Drip Server is a server of exactly the size that matches the tasting tool. Also, the dripper holder that comes with it is simple but helps with a more edgy tasting. The special stainless steel coffee spoon allows for smooth tasting with a measurement of approximately 12 grams in the raw state. Tasting is carried out cleanly and flexiblyIf you want, we recommend choosing the all-in-one package.

Additional components

Lamaster Electric Grinder+ Coffee Brush

It is an optimized automatic grinder with good value for money and portability. It has a product shape that exactly matches the tray of The Gabby Master A, a tasting tool. If you buy it together, you can enjoy a more relaxed coffee life not only in class, but also in everyday life. It comes with a C-type rechargeable brush that can be charged and can clean the grinder.

< Precautions >

It is not recommended to use a blender type (blender type, a type of product that adjusts the thickness over time) when using products other than the grinders presented. Unfavorable changes in the flavor of coffee occur due to excessive dispersion, heat generation, and uneven grinding caused by problems in the product structure. The grinder is either an automatic or manual grinder A product in which coffee powder passes through the blade and falls downwardsYou must use.

Wilpa temperature control drip pot

The drip pot has a temperature control button on the handle, so you can adjust the temperature in 1-degree increments, and it is a drip pot with an optimal value for money. Since it has a gooseneck, it is a product that can be simply brewed or dripped by hand.

< Precautions >

If you use a product other than the drip pot presented, please keep the following in mind.

1) Temperature control must be possible in 1-degree increments. There is a part of the class where you can experience changes in flavor depending on the extraction temperature.

2) It is not recommended to boil water and then cool it down, as it cannot measure the exact temperature and changes the flavor of coffee. Basically, 92-degree water is used in coffee Jay's tasting class. Therefore, instead of a regular coffee pot, you need a dedicated pot that can control the temperature and does not boil.

Coffee Jay

Hallo I'm Coffee Jay, the coffee instructor.

Ten years have passed since I entered the coffee path because I was drawn to the happy charm of a delicious cup of espresso. In the meantime, after experiencing various things in a variety of ways, I finally realized that it was coffee that always gave me unwavering joy, so I began to walk the path of a full-scale coffee instructor.

In the meantime, I started an online course because I wanted to introduce delicious coffee to more people through the educational know-how I learned while preparing and conducting various classes, large and small. A small but very certain happiness. We invite you to the beautiful world of coffee where everyone can easily and richly share and enjoy. (Nice to meet you!)
