Hallo This is Soo Yeon Sam. I started at 61.8 kg for about 6 years, up to a minimum of 45 kg, and repeated half of my 20s I spent days with repeated yo-yo and bulimia. I started working as a fit model at the age of 20, and since I was obsessed with being lean, I lost 10 kg in an instant due to the commonly known super-fast diet (chicken breast, sweet potato, or starvation), and after that, I repeated yo-yo over and over again. Eventually, I got 1 year of menstrual irregularities and an eating disorder called “bulimia”.

Why am I doing this simple thing

I thought about it step by step. I like to eat. I can't give up. Also, I don't persevere in strenuous exercise. So, how about planning your own diet that's right for you? The diet is actually pretty simple. This is because if you eat even a little less than usual and move even a little more than you eat, you have no choice but to lose weight. After 1 year, I lost a total of 16 kg, and I succeeded in the “last diet” of my life.
