What do I really want to do?

Many people live with anxiety about employment, repeated boredom in everyday life, wandering to find what they want to do, craving for exciting work, and overwhelming concerns about the future.

The many people Sahara has met over the past 17 years are all

“I don't know what I really want to do.” He said.

Do you have any of the following concerns?

  • I don't know what I really want to do.
  • I want to change jobs, but I don't know where to go.
  • I've been doing this for a long time, but I wonder if it's the right path.
  • It's hard to know what to do and how to live in this difficult world.
  • I'm about to graduate, but I don't know what kind of work to do.
  • I think self-realization is difficult with the work I'm doing now.

Everyone may have different stories and reasons, but the key point is that I don't know how to find the job I want.

The way to find this is not that difficult.

However, I just didn't have a chance to think deeply about it and look for it.

Understanding and acknowledging myself creates my own path.

Everyone has things they want to do

How are you? Aren't you curious if that's the case?

Is there something I really want to do or does it really exist

One thing I want to say is that what we want to do is talk about

It doesn't just mean a job or a job.

What do you want to do? What's your dream?

If you listen closely to the answers to these questions, they have something in common.

It's a job.

But if you think about it, a job doesn't last forever.

Furthermore, in an era of rapid change like these days, there are many jobs that are there now but will disappear in the future.

It is said that people change jobs 8 to 10 times on average throughout their lives.

I only do what I want to do as a job or a job
Is it right to limit it?

This was the beginning of the Sahara. A job I want to do, not a job.

For example, decide on a job like “helping underprivileged children,” and choose a job like a “photographer” who is happy and able to do this job well.

To let someone live by choosing a job like this, someone choosing a job, and someone choosing a position.

This is Sahara's job.

It is a class proven by the high level of satisfaction of many people.

and Sahara is definitely different.

  1. Based on surveys and aptitude tests, “Try this.” The same as There is no obvious process.
  2. Like Kon Dae, “I tried this...” of Of course, there is no infused education.
  3. As if it were printed in a factory There is no one-size-fits-all direction.
  4. Online lectures don't just make the right words like self-development books It is a curriculum designed so that students can perform and implement tasks on their own.

We'll help you find and achieve what you want to do.

It's not a problem that I “don't have anything I want to do.”

The core problem is the environment where I couldn't confirm or be guided to what I wanted to do.

And get this checked continuously, or

The problem is that I've never met an expert who can connect my experiences, thoughts, and environment.

If you want to learn math, it's like meeting a math teacher

In order to know what I want to do, I need an expert who can guide me through this properly.

A turning point for those of you who have lost their way

Sahara calls what they want to do < Lifework (Lifework) >.

It refers to the theme or subject of a lifetime.

To check this and select it, find the 5 signals given to you.

interest, happiness, passion, talent, strength These five signals are innately given.

Therefore, based on this, I will check in detail how I have lived, when I was most immersed in it, what happiness only I feel, and what talents are as easy and comfortable to learn and use as the right hand of a right-handed person. Even if I just check this

Aha! I have my own unique life!

You will realize it as above.

Based on this, you decide what you want to do in the future.

How can I decide “my future” when I don't know “me”?

It will definitely be a turning point in life for those who are worried about moving or leaving the company, or who are struggling to decide on their own career path.

STEP 1. Find interest

  • I've heard a lot of people asking me to do what I like, but we really don't know it.
  • What do I like? How would you answer this question? The basis of what I want to do is what I like.
  • #흥미 #DESIRE #POWER #10년 #DOWN #STAR

STEP 2. Searching for happiness

  • When is it a time of happiness that only you feel, not just the happiness that everyone feels, like when you sleep, play, or eat something delicious?
  • When am I happy? Surely there is happiness that only I feel. Everyone feels different even if they are in the same environment and conditions.
  • #행복 #Sensor #가슴신호등 #행복리스트

STEP 3. Find passion

  • What moments and environments did you unknowingly immerse yourself in?
  • What's my passion? I don't call hard work or hard work a passion. Sahara describes passion as “what I pursue.” Combining the values I pursue creates a foundation for what I want to do.
  • #열정 # Fungus #추구하는방향 #꿈의히스토리

STEP 4. Talent search

  • “I'm not talented..” So, have you ever stopped or changed jobs?
  • What am I good at? Just like the right hand of a right-handed person, humans have three talents that only they are born with. But we've been hitting the average at school. Therefore, I don't really know which one is my right hand. Talent makes me shape the field of work I want to do.
  • #재능 #Talent #8가지지능 #주어진

STEP 5. Find strengths

  • “I was right when I told you to use your strengths...” If so, have you checked out what my strengths really are?
  • What are my strengths? Strengths are formed when my passion and talents have education, environment, and experience. If you check out the things I've experienced and achieved in the meantime, one by one, I'll reveal a true side of myself that I didn't even know.
  • #강점 #Strength #성공경험 #새옷

STEP 6. Deriving lifework

  • Curiously, my interests, happiness, passion, talents, and strengths are linked. The moment I confirmed this, “Aha!!” There will be an exclamation saying.
  • What is my lifework? There's definitely something I want to do. I prepared for that, and confirmed it through Sahara. Now I'm living my own life, not anyone's life.
  • #하고싶은일 #Lifework #가슴뛰는동사

STEP 7. Refinement work BINGO

  • It's ridiculous if you stop just looking for it!! It provides specific guidance on how this should be realized and achieved.
  • BINGO, a way to embody lifework
  • I will check how I can realize and achieve it through books, people, and places related to the life work I have decided

If you don't start it, it won't change.

Everyone lives thinking about the future.

However, when I live with vagueness about the future while conforming to reality,

Someone is taking steps to shape my future in the direction they want.

Now it's your turn.

SAHARA

Hello! A place to find and accomplish what you want to do

This is Sahara

For 17 years, I met and guided people I wanted to prepare and check for my next job, such as moving, getting a job, and leaving the company.

Sahara focuses on one person.

The guides who run Sahara have a love for people and have been studying professionally for over 10 years to understand people.

People who are constantly researching gathered to provide guidance tailored to each person's abilities, background, and environment.

Therefore, I created a program based on the Sahara philosophy and have been running it for 16 years. Even in the same field, each person has a different reason and purpose for what they want to do, so if they don't understand “why this person wants to do this job,” they won't take the next step.

Therefore, there is a definite difference between simply finding out through a survey or search.

Another key aspect of Sahara is that it's not just about education.

We achieve and realize what we want.

We continue to provide various networks, planning, and consulting services to happily achieve what you want, such as cafes, books, startups, workshops, graduate schools, and workplaces.

A person named Sahara doesn't live like a machine
I think it's a place that helps people live like people full of people.
