I am a professional lecturer from a product development researcher at a famous franchise on the food side. In addition to product development, I also gained various experiences working as a product planning marketer.


I'm currently running Lacrem Confectionery Practical College in Seongsu-dong, and it's been 6 years since then. I started a small home class at home, went through a school, and made it a school, so I can hardly use social media, but I live my life with passion for what I love, such as going to foreign competitions and publishing books.



At Racrem, we enjoy baking classes with about 300 students a year. Flower cakes and custom cakes are popular, especially since there is a lot of training specialized in cake design. Of course, basic baking, such as baked goods and baking instructor training, is also one of our strength classes. Before COVID-19, I also held seminars and demonstrations with many people through exhibitions and fairs.



I'm always excited and happy to meet people offline, but since I met with a limited number of people, I heard a lot of regrettable voices from people who failed to sign up for a course or who had trouble visiting because they were in a local area.
