Q. How did your teacher start making traditional Korean sweets?

A. I was so happy when I gave them Korean mochi as a gift for my mother Koki's celebration. When I saw that figure, I thought it would be nice if I could help many people on a wonderful day.

Q. What kind of experiences do you want the students to have through this class?

A. I hope you can experience Korea's wonderful mochi culture and feel closer to Korea.

Also, when you go on a trip to Korea, I want you to enjoy visiting confectionery ingredients stores that you have never visited before.

Q. Please give a message to the students!

A. Nice to meet you! I'm a Korean resident in Japan who was born and raised in Japan. I hope that people of Japan and Korea can interact with each other's cultures and stay close and close to each other.

I hope that the relaxed and calm Korean style will reach your heart by making gentle and cute mochi in the course.
