Gorgeous Japanese sweets recipe
In this class Japanese sweets based on Konashi doughI'm going to make one. glimpses Although it is sticky, it has a soft texture because the main ingredient is sedimentThere is. The dough contains crispy roasted nuts and red bean paste, so you can enjoy even the savory flavor.
Mix the color with the dough From basic shapes to difficult shapesI'm going to make it up to. and Small tips to express the shape of sweets in a more realistic wayThey'll also be open to the public.
Perfect as a snack for beer
Making Japanese sweets dango
Dango is my favorite Japanese confectionary, but in this class Dango that stretches softly while being chewyI'm going to make it. A boiled dish with a broken texture is not dango, not dango, but steamed in a steamer to make chewy dango.
If you know just one dango dough, you can enjoy a variety of flavors depending on how you use the toppings. particularly Soy sauce soup, the most delicious combination of sweet and saltyI'm going to learn. Dango sprinkled with soy sauce goes well with tea, but it also goes really well with beer.. You can enjoy it as a cold beer snack in the summer or with a warm drink in the winter.
Sweet and fluffy
Even the secret recipe for dorayaki
Dorayaki is hearty even if you eat just one! I'm going to make fluffy and sweet dorayaki. Easy to bake in a frying pan without an oven I can make it. In addition to sweet red beans, you can enjoy a variety of dorayaki with your favorite flavor of red bean paste. It's really delicious even if you add fresh cream.

Mi'telier
Hello, I'm a Mitelier who makes oriental desserts and runs a workshop.
I usually like to learn while looking for fun things to do.
When I was looking for the most enjoyable thing to do, I came across a dessert called Japanese confectionary.
I also liked baking, so I went to a confectionery school, and I studied hard because I liked cooking, but I found Japanese sweets the most attractive to me, so I even started running a workshop.
The reason why Japanese sweets are attractive seems to be the variety of shapes. Nowadays, it is almost mandatory for many people to take pictures of food or desserts on social media before eating them, but I think it's also a really fun thing to be able to share the joy with people by taking pictures of the beautiful shapes of Japanese sweets.
Just as macaroons go well with coffee, Japanese sweets go well with tea, but I think the bitter taste of tea combined with a bite of sweet Japanese sweets makes for a really delicious dessert.:)
I hope you all fall in love with the charm of cute Japanese sweets that are pleasing to the eyes and mouth!
