My name is Lina, who runs a handmade yokan workshop called “Dahwarim.”

I was a person who only looked forward to getting a job at a stable job. I joined the job I wanted, but I had a feeling of emptiness.

After thinking about what I really wanted to do, I found a heart-pounding thing called “homemade yokan.”

So I had the courage to leave the company and start learning about homemade yokan work.
